“Put a job up and paid deposit. Courier then asked for upfront payment (Smooth & Easy ) ! Totally unacceptable. Expected to pay balance ,cash on delivery. Cancelled job and messaged Shipley for refund . Supposed to get a reply within six hours . Almost 24 hours later & nothing. Their e mails give you a phone number but when you call it you get a message that Shiply do not offer a phone customer service ! I wont be using them again. I'm raising a dispute with my bank”

“Shipley worked perfectly. I received a bunch of quotes and based on the combination of price , earliest availability to do the job and reputation/rating/references on Shipley.com, I was able to select my shipper of choice. The shipper was excellent in communication to the pick up contact and delivery site contact, was on time and delivered the large furniture item professionally.”

“The gentlemen that transported our RV were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was impressed with the way our freight was handled. Our camper was delivered safe and sound to it's new home. May I mention that the cost was reasonable also. Very pleased.”
