Gregory5200 We should NOT have gone with the least expensive option. We listed every item (see photo) in the title of the listing. Everyone was aware of how many items and what the items were during the bidding process. Two men came to our house punctually in what looked like an “Amazon van” size vehicle. I thought it was really small for the furniture list we provided. They came in (one man in slides and the other in sneakers) , inspected the items and then the driver said he needed to make a call. He spoke to “the boss”(???), in a private conversation, and when he got off said they would have to make multiple trips so needs more money. We refused, as we listed every item and did not ask for them to move more than that. They then said they would help us. The men assisted me and my husband with the move that took two trips. We ended up just taking some of the items we needed help moving off the list because it was just too tedious. I will never ever ever use shiply again due to this terrible interaction. I’ve learned my lesson that you get what you pay for. NEVER AGAIN!😤😭😫

I am partially sighted and have a very bad back. Shiply man took my deposit after i had chatted about a date and time. He never refused or disputed the date and time ,he merely asked me what is to be moved. Only to dissapoint me at the move time after taking a deposit . Avoid this company .

Lillray have now stopped corrrspondence with me. They have not delivered my item. They kept promising they were still scheduling delivery. My item was a very expensive table I am VERY concerned

Do not use King_Prime_Shipping!! (Ofilas Express Transport LLC) Damaged the car, lied repeatedly about when he would drop off the car. Had to ask if I needed to call the police to get my car delivered. And they used the Shiply website to leave a fake positive review.

I booked with Shipley and paid them a deposit the company that I chose to pick up my bike never found a driver to pick up my bike so I had to find another company to pick up my bike which cost me more money and I ended up having to pay storage and these people haven’t refunded me my deposit yet it’s just bad business and the 5 star logistics sent Shiply an email requesting that they refund me my money because they didn’t do the job and Shiply still haven’t and t me my refund I wouldn’t never do business with this company again it’s like once they have your money they can care less about your needs

I’ve sent the mileage the height the width the depth measurements three times at least! The so-called intelligent AI that’s reading these thanks I’m sending a goddamn phone number😩 how smart is that! Can’t even read the messages and repeatedly ask for the measurements again and again and again😤😤 Seriously how hard is this to READ: dryer weighs 155 pounds 29 inches wide 32 inches deep 40 inches tall and it needs to be moved 9.6 miles..! Does anyone with an actual brain see a phone GD PHONE Number in there?

At first everything seemed to be going smooth. I advised that we would be on vacation till monday get a call sunday night wanting to delived advised i was still on vacation they said thats fine it will be delivered by 12 the next day. No call no show. I text them say it was delayed will be delivered next day which is tuesday by 12 no call no show again. I call in he said still behind but will be to location 7 am on wednesday. At 845 am they arrive. They advised they need payment before delivery can be completed pulled open phone showed them receipt evidently the broker sub contracted it out and hadnt paid them and told the driver it was cod! After 24 hrs payment issue with broker finally resolved. Will not use shipley again!!!!

I received 1 reply/offer which was outrageous compared to the offers you had advertised from other people’s experiences online. Total waste of time and money to upgrade the service from this company. Never again!

Shiply allowed King_Prime_Shipping(OFILAS EXPRESS TRANSPORT LLC) to leave false positive review. Do not do business with King_Prime_Shipping. Will damage your car and lie to you when trying to communicate. Positive Reviews are fake!!

Most Horrible experience once booked waisted 3 weeks trying to find a driver and never got my vehicle. I won't recommend them at all if I could give negative 5 stars I would in a hartbeat. Save your self the stress and run away.

I booked a provider who had positive reviews, and was “verified” by Shiply. We communicated up until the night prior, deposit was made, job was solidified, etc. The provider did not show up for the job and stopped responding to messages. The phone line he provided was not in service. I took the day off of work to accommodate this transaction. Because I canceled the job, Shiply did not allow me to review the provider honestly. Shiply did not offer any additional credits for the serious inconvenience, and finally, the customer service team informed me that my refund may take up to ten days. Overall, I would say reviews seem concerningly flawed and therefore I would not to trust your move with Shiply. Even though there may be great professionals on here, I would not what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

Hired Shiply to move a travertine table from Az to Ca. Required a $203. Deposit. Then asked for ano $200 Zelle pmt to begin transport. Unfortunately they cracked the table. I was able to get my Zelle pmt returned. I’ve been unable to get my deposit back after several attempts… I had paid additional for have $2,000 insurance on the table. Filled out claim.. no one will reply I’ve tried many times… this is so frustrating!!!

Shiply or king_prime_shipping or ofilas express transport left positive feedback for me without my consent. Worst experience ever shipping a car. Driver was a liar and misled us 3 times before I had to threaten to call the police to have my car delivered. Beware of these companies!!
