A waste of time of you want to move a family home. Full of jokers giving quotes for their 3.5 t Luton. I needed 2 x 7.5 or a 14-18 tonne truck.

I used them to pick up a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro. The driver picked it up in New Jersey (Heading to Oklahoma) in about 4 days after placing order and paying deposit. The driver stalled the car three times while loading. Five hours after driver picked the car, he stopped to pick up another car. He did not know how to start a carbureted car, flooded it and ran the battery dead while trying to start it, pushed the vehicle off the trailer, called me and said he was leaving it a Panera Bread parking. He had called a road side service, and they could not get it started. I said I needed to find a wrecker service that would pick up at 12:00am, he said he would wait 1 hour. I found a company, when they showed up he decided he would not give them the keys until I paid him $ 400, after two hours arguing with him, I paid. They took the car and stored it overnight, charged the battery and cleared the flooding, and it started right up, at an addition cost of $262. Hired a new company to bring me the car at an addition charge of $ 1800. They were very apologetic, but have done nothing to refund any of original cost, or additional cost.

Shipley were fantastic, very professional and efficient, unfortunately Fastline courier experience was the opposite. Fastline courier service are incompetent, they cancelled on the day of delivery as unable to 'fit' on to van. Unacceptable redelivery date offered until discussed with complaints department. Drivers who arrived were unpleasant and surly. Despite offering assistance to help navigate the gate out of our property they drove too quickly and hit my gate post with their van. No apology. Will never use Fast Line courier again.

I used Elite Auto Movers and DO NOT recommend using them. They do not communicate very well and change the times for pickup and delivery without notifying you. The drivers do not call unless they are one hour from drop-off. They think you are on their time and your time doesn’t matter. Also, they have a tough time understanding how to produce an invoice that shows all the money you paid when requested after the delivery. BE AWARE!! If I could give "zero stars"...I would.

Very poor service. The transport company accepted the job, I paid the deposit and then he lied and said he couldn't see the deposit on the system. The transport company had put in a high price to start then significantly reduced his bid when someone else came in at a much lower price. He clearly got another job and want to do my job so he lied. I sent proof of my deposit to Shiply, they went through the complaint. After a couple of days I asked for my money ( again ) and they asked for the proof AGAIN. The last week has been ridiculous - they email but say nothing and have now "escalated " my complaint. All they need to do is look at the messages on the portal, see the guy is a liar and pay me the deposit. This is boring now and Shiply need to actually do something. The founder appeared to be a smart guy, a good business - it isnt.

I requested shipping a tractor and received a very rude ignorant response so I wonder how much business you have lost, besides mine, the worst experience ever from anyone. I wold give yo 0 stars if I could.

Shipley is nothing more than a sub.Hiring a sub hiring a sub. The people that win the bid for say and have the high rating are not the people Moving your equipment . I waited a total of eight days to finally receive a scheduled pickup time.Between four and six pm The moment I received the scheduled pickup time and paid the fee. I asked for a more specific name and phone number to the driver. It wasn't until after six o'clock (when they were late) that I finally received the name and phone number to the driver who was picking up my delivery. I was then told they would not be arriving until eight thirty or nine o'clock. They finally arrived at 9:11pm In a trailer that was too big for the truck that it was towing. They were going to try to fit my motorcycle with 2 cars in the trailer that was only 42 feet long. Being towed by A Regular rear ended f250 And no proper equipment to haul a motorcycle, fully dressed. They had no room in the trailer that they brought, and all in all wasted Everyone's time and money for an entire day not to mention the eight days that I waited to have it delivered. This shipley was nothing short of a disaster and a logistical nightmare, and I will never use them. If you can just hire transport company directly.

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with your company. For 2 weeks I have been trying to have my motorcycle shipped from Chicago to Florida. I completed all required paperwork, was provided a price and request for my bike to be picked up on August 15th. As of yesterday, August 17th I was notified by the dispatcher Laura who had the audacity to put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me. I proceeded to call her back and got a voicemail that she was not available, I called 5 times. I gave your company a down payment and still no service provided. Horrible and would never recommend. Not responsive at all. If I had the chance to not provide a star I would but I am forced to provide a star.

What an experience I've had with this man. He does not answer any form of communication. He demands you pay him in full or he will not deliver any items trys blackmailing you it took nearly four weeks to deliver an item which he said he would do in five working days Honestly KEEP WELL AWAY

The driver knew nothing about shipping an antique baby grand piano and due to his negligence an lack of knowledge, my piano was broken and may not be repairable. Thank God I purchased insurance. I would tell the drivers, "if you don't know what your doing, don't do it here"

Shiply take no responsibility for the company's that asvertise in their platform. There is no vetting or checking anyone's credentials. I had an absolute nightmare with the company I booked. None of the contact information provided worked. I was messed around with collection days and times. After it was collected they kept sending me messages asking to arrange the collection. When I contacted shiply to complain they said it had nothing to do with them it was between me and the company. An absolutely awful experience both from shiply ans the courier. My item was lost for two weeks before they finally found it and forwarded it onto the delivery address. Shiply platform is a nuisance why have a complaints section to then tell people it has nothing to do with you when people have issues? And then the company and shiply measage me asking me to provide positive feedback

First attempt at transport: I pay Shiply the commission, then the driver withdraws on the grounds that the date no longer suits him. The service provider has the nerve to write on Shiply that the delivery has been made! Second attempt: I pay €61 in commission to Shiply, and a €116 deposit to the carrier (Superremovals): on D-day, no one shows up, and a truck breakdown is used as an excuse. No news since! I've lost over 200€ in total. To be avoided!

Utter rubbish and disgraceful, possibly a scam, from the moment you accept the job they will ask for custom brokers, if you don’t have one you have to pay whatever amount they ask and they ask for the full amount of the job, and possibly any other fees the come up with, I’ve used Shiply before and you pay a deposit and the rest when the items are delivered, and according to some reviews this company uses DHL or FEDX to dispatch your items, if I wanted tu use DHL or FEDX I wouldn’t be looking here

Fahrzeug PKW Transport?????Trotz mehrfacher Anforderung keine Unterlagen erhalten, dass Anbieter/Auftragnehmer Lizenz/Genehmigung für Transporte hat noch bestätigte Versicherungsbestätigung. Was passiert bei Beschädigung/Totalschaden?PKW und Geld dafür futsch...Warum prüft shiply nicht vorher Anbieter und überlässt es nach!! dem Auftrag es erst zu prüfen. So was geht gar nicht. Gefährlich!!!
