First attempt at transport: I pay Shiply the commission, then the driver withdraws on the grounds that the date no longer suits him. The service provider has the nerve to write on Shiply that the delivery has been made! Second attempt: I pay €61 in commission to Shiply, and a €116 deposit to the carrier (Superremovals): on D-day, no one shows up, and a truck breakdown is used as an excuse. No news since! I've lost over 200€ in total. To be avoided!

Utter rubbish and disgraceful, possibly a scam, from the moment you accept the job they will ask for custom brokers, if you don’t have one you have to pay whatever amount they ask and they ask for the full amount of the job, and possibly any other fees the come up with, I’ve used Shiply before and you pay a deposit and the rest when the items are delivered, and according to some reviews this company uses DHL or FEDX to dispatch your items, if I wanted tu use DHL or FEDX I wouldn’t be looking here

Fahrzeug PKW Transport?????Trotz mehrfacher Anforderung keine Unterlagen erhalten, dass Anbieter/Auftragnehmer Lizenz/Genehmigung für Transporte hat noch bestätigte Versicherungsbestätigung. Was passiert bei Beschädigung/Totalschaden?PKW und Geld dafür futsch...Warum prüft shiply nicht vorher Anbieter und überlässt es nach!! dem Auftrag es erst zu prüfen. So was geht gar nicht. Gefährlich!!!

Un desastre, me confirman fechas de recogida y entrega, les pregunto en varias ocasiones para que me confirmen y me lo confirman. Posteriormente sin decirme nada y una vez hecho el pago y sin avisarme a mi me informan que realizarán la entrega 10 días más tarde. Es la empresa Transisa Express para que no le pase a nadie más ya que no cumplen con su palabra. Ahora estoy a la espera d e como se procede con el abono de la reserva o cómo solucionarlo.

Paid to have my furniture delivered but courier seems to gave made off with my stuff- my furniture not delivered despite CCTV evidence of courier picking it up from my seller!!! No communication so have reported to Action Fraud Police UK. Avoid Shiply and their "vetted" couriers like the plague!

This is really alarming reading these reviews. Nearly a month ago a paid a deposit for a collection and delivery that was collected a week late due to the typical reason of the van breaking down. I was then contacted via email by the courier to pay the remaining amount of the delivery. Since then I have been told to wait for a scheduled date of delivery with 1 scheduled date where they never turned up and another where the van apparently broke down again. The courier have now said they because I'm not available for a specific day with only 2 days notice I will now have to wait another month for delivery. I have asked multiple times for proof they have the item and get ignored. I have contacted Shiply and all they have done is apologise and made it clear they don't take any responsibility and its up to your contract you make with the courier. Beware when using this service!

Paid deposit to Shiply of £1075 then had to pay another deposit to courier of £1600. Courier said he broke down on the way and then went silent. Received zero help from Shiply so paid £2675 and my item was not collected so totally out of pocket.

The first company I hired through Shiply took the first week then asked for an additional 7-10 days. So I hired a different company, now we're also on a week now. Meanwhile all of my deadlines get pushed out, I pay more storage fees, and I still have no one to transport my cargo.😡

Don't use, avoid! Didn't receive payment in their bank on collection, even though we issued a bank remittance proving payment and they took the vehicle off. Very poor attitude and awful customer services and very very rude. Go elsewhere as lot better companies out there!

You Shiply took a deposit from me to collect a car on the 1st August 2024 . Your CONTRACTOR was a Jo with a van called Marcus Coelho of lusotrans in supposedly Taunton Somerset, not the accredited and vetted trustworthy , honest companies YOU PROFESS TO USE AND VET . This guy contacted me at nearly midday when he should have been in St Andrews , or well on his way , he lied he was nowhere near Scotland rude and tried blaming me ! he aborted the job before he even did it . He rang me from some other job saying he was on his way , who drives to Scotland at midday for a pick up at 10.00AM . So I informed Shiply who sent me a complaint number on the 2nd Aug saying they'll be in touch in 6-8 hours !!!!! the guy was waiting for an answer !! on what I was going to do . I then wrote a Trustpilot review and they ACTUALLY CONTACTED ME WITH A SOFT , Oh were sorry and as I now know standard excuse reply , a lot of good that is . Saying they'll be in touch , What for I haven't a clue ! I basically got the same , Oh were sorry and here's the name and details of the useless company they organised to do the written contract or REFUND my £109 for a job that was aborted by they're SUB CONTRACTED Company and LEFT myself and the seller in Scotland with absolutely NO IDEA what was going on . Today I tried finding this company on various forums but no luck or sign of proper company details or office . I rang the only number a mobile , always a dodgy impression to most of us ordinary people , it just rang out every time , I sent txts , you guessed it not a thing . This is some guy works from home in a van , hardly the professional car transportation company , Shiply profess to use in they're Sales splurge to TAKE YOUR MONEY . BEWARE of all these companies passing themselves off as Transport Specialists , the chances are they're happy to take your money , but it's harder to get a REFUND . As I'm sure they'll hang on to my money and the insurance cover I paid extra for an THEY'RE ABORTED JOB that DIDN'T EVEN PAY THE INSURANCE MONEY BACK. AVOID , AVOID , AVOID . YOUR MONEY WILL VANISH , NO JOB , NO SERVICE , NO REFUND I SUSPECT .

The offer process works well, I received several offers within 30 minutes. I came to agreement with one of the logistics firms and we scheduled a delivery a few days later. Things went downhill from there. The platform asked for a deposit (which the courier does not receive, it's just an excessive platform fee), which I payed via instant transfer. Instead of processing that instantly, shiply took several days to process the payment and blocks all communication with the courier for that duration. My support requests and tickets were ignored. Since shiply does not provide the courier with an address or contact information before they process the "instant" payment, the courier was not able to contact me (and neither was I able to contact him), so of course nothing was delivered on the date we agreed upon. Shiply does not refund the "deposit" despite being wholly responsible for this incident. Never again.

Shiply paired us with HIGH_END LOGIX who contracted with BAH Logistics for our shipment. The original quote promised a pick up date on a Friday and a delivery on a Sunday. We are STILL waiting for our delivery after 6 days. The pick up was delayed one day and we've yet to see our delivery. There has been ZERO communication unless prompted and they communication is terrible (texting pick up party for delivery, texting delivery party for pickup). Huge disapointment so far and we still don't have our items. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

King_Prime_Shipping left a fake positive review. Do not do business with them!! They will damage your car and there is nothing you can do about it. Their reviews are FAKE!!! I can't leave a review on the shippers website because they already left a fake positive review. When I stated this in my Shiply review here is what I received from Shiply....."If you are disappointed with your transport provider, please leave a review for them on their Shiply profile so that other users can be more aware of your experience with them." So how am I supposed to leave a negative review for King_Prime_Shipping if they already filled in a fake positive review???

I hired Shiply to transport a travertine table from Az to ca, during the initial pick from Az they broke my table. They called me to tell me what happened and showed me a picture of the table. It was a solid piece of travertine so couldn’t be repaired. Then the process started of trying to get my money back. That did not happen. Plus I also paid to have insurance of $2,000. After much back and forth they denied to pay me for the insurance or give me any of my money back… DI NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

0 STARS took my money for delivery and refused to deliver my package. They have stolen my property. Everyday lies about when they would deliver, sending me round the houses to other mobile numbers. No answer, no update. Refusing to answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The form gave me the option for a covered car transporter, the only two operators that replied did not have covered transporters. Shipley is a waste of time.

I have been waiting 3 weeks and 3 days for my dining table now. It was collected after a week or so and I have not had any response from Lilray other than initially saying they were scheduling dates. Now they do not reply at all. They promised delivery within a week. I have contacted Shiply who responded and said they had contacted Lilray but now no response from Shiply. I am very concerned.

Terrible experience. These guys took my tv stand away, the driver wrote and promised to return them. The company claimed they were sending them back to me only for them to turn around and said they don’t have it. How can you turn around and tell such lie when I have your chats and text messages apologizing and promising to send it back immediately. I have proof of endless calls from the company pleading that they were sending it back to me. These guys are thieves. They stole my TV stand.
