“Pick up should have been 2-4 but arrived 6:30. two and a half hours late because of a flat tyre. Not good for a delivery firm. I had the option to change day but I lived 2 hours away so not feasible to go another day. I also had to arrange extra care for family member.”

“They promised me they would pick up my item on a certain day. One of their trucks broke down and it was going to be delayed, but they made it right and found a way to get my item picked up and to me on time. I would definitely use them again”

“Quick, efficient, and friendly with drivers who did an amazing job with the loading on and off. The dispatchers (Nancy) (David) and (Ashton) were with me from the beginning to the very end. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly.”

“Like on every homepage, where services are managed and a connection is establiches between clients, you also have positive and negative clients. Shiply tries to negotiate by problems and reacts suprinsingly fast. After one client complete failed, the service fee was returned and another client could take over the job immediately. Things to change: after a negative impression / service, it is not longer possible to evaluate the failing client, because Shiply marks the contract as fullfilled, though nothing happend! Therefor bad clients remain inside the database withou being "de"selected as not trustworthy.”

“John from Load - Makers knew his stuff. I was in a hurry to get the car. John calls the next day says it will be there tomorrow. Oh they were the most inexpensive one on the list of over 30.”
