Got the job done without any damage to the motorcycle, and it was cheaper than what I was quoted from motorcycle shipping companies. But communication from shipper wasn't great - was supposed to get notified about pick-up a day before, but it ended up only being a couple hours. Drop off happened hours later than they said - close to midnight - with the shipper changing the ETA multiple times.

Let me first say my tractor that I shipped from Arizona to Oregon was picked up and delivered on time and I was happy with the actual transport. My 3 star rating is based in large part on the fact that all communications, both written and verbal, were from someone whose first language was not English and I had trouble deciphering the broken English. The other thing that ties into this is understanding every step in a clear concise manner like bullet points. Had I had something like this I could have avoided talking to anyone but nothing is provided. An example of this is after paying the initial fee you then have to pay a dispatch fee to the trucker. I was a little miffed when the trucker contacted me the day before pickup and ask for a fuel advance. I quite honestly started to wonder if I had been scammed. Would I use Shiply again.... probably as now I know the ropes but with little effort this could be made much easier for the first time shipper. Also know that when you first enter the information on what you are shipping, it is in concrete. I gave an approximate weight on my tractor and when I found it was actually 1500# lighter and gave then this info they would not change it for a new bid. I accepted the bid presented however so that's on me.

This is a broker who ads their fee to the total price. The rate dealing directly with a moving company may be hundreds lower.

The shiply process was confusing and lacking direction and confirmation therefore I double booked with two transport services. I contacted TforTransport and Muhammad was prompt and responsive in my request to cancel. Seems shiply sent TforTransport instead of the other shipper and i lost it but it certainly wasnt this companys fault.

Website is great and easy to use but you guys shouldn’t charge so much and take it out of the pockets of those drivers doing all the work for you.

Well other items I have received not a problem … but the trouble is ya little bois trying Do a man’s job… I quoted for a Land Rover chassis to be moved … just full of jokers messaging me and then wen ya finally book someone and pay the deposit they haven’t read what I actually want moving .. for them to reply - we can’t do it - then why quote me ??? Jokers on here

This is a SCAM company. Sent money for so-called deposit and have not heard from them yet will not respond for 2 days now trying to get a pick-uptime. Pick up was today 11/13/22 for 3 puppies. This put 3 parties in a bind spred across the country dealing with animals this way is just wrong. Someone taking money and not showing up. We will be spreading the word every chance on these scammers. DO NOT SEND PAYPAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! They will contact you back and reimburse you just to send that way. We have a delivery ID V8WDYPGQA and transporter Hcg2121. I am the seller of the pups.These are bad people!! Rating is a 0 !!

Shiply is a good idea but there’s a downside of it, if something goes wrong with a delivery they say they’re not part of it and one should resolve it with their transport provider, I think they should emulate ebay.

I was on the shipping end of a booked courier delivery. The company was easy to communicate with prior to the day of collection. They sent a time window of 3 hours to me, which I confirmed ahead of time, as requested. On the day, I received a tracking notice which stated their ETA was outside of this window by half an hour (early). This didn’t work for me as I had prior commitments, so I contacted them and the company assured me they would let the driver know. 80 minutes before my time window I received a phone call from the driver stating he was 5 minutes away. When I reiterated that I was not at the property and would not be back for half an hour, he questioned me as to my whereabouts and why I was not home after confirming I would be. I again stated that I would be free within the time window they had given, and actually I would be home in around ten minutes time if they wished to wait, or they could go elsewhere and come back within the time window. Then, on my journey home, I received yet another phone call, this time from the company, again asking where I was, and when I confirmed yet again the time window, I was told I was incorrect and the time was wrong, despite having email confirmation of this. Eventually they agreed I was correct and that they would arrive at the correct time. They came back half an hour later (still over 30 minutes earlier than the time window) and I was at the property so they collected the item and left. They were respectful of my property and took photos of the item, so I can’t fault this part of the service. I doubt I would use this courier myself as it cause me undue stress as I was panicked about needing to rush home because I didn’t want to keep the driver waiting, despite them being early and that not being my fault.
