Smooth conversation and set up but delivery was delayed several times and I was not told that it was curb delivery. I was asked about helping with unloading but never told I would have to do the entire thing alone. How am I expected to move an entire grandfather clock by myself? This needs to be explained more as I would have chosen a company that was door to door instead. Absolutely ridiculous.

Naja wenn mann eine Überweisung tätigt dann ist klar das das geld erst in 2-3 tagen da ist und nicht schon nach 2 stunden.

I received an email from the company saying that they would prefer to be paid prior to delivery - but could be paid on arrival as long as the payment was made within 10 mins. Then I received a call from the delivery guy saying that they were half an hour away and needed paying before they arrived and to confirm that i had done this by text. I did this - as he had ne over a barrel - I had paid for the dressing table - then he wanted a screenshot of the transfer - he apparently could not check his own account! Quite abrupt no social skills. The only reason they got 3 stars was because it was picked up and dropped off.

I do not like that I cannot talk to the shipper before confirming with a purchase .

My first accepted quote did not go well. Shiply helped me to switch to another quote and that went well.

Calculation of fees is misleading and doesn't overtly make clear to the customer that there are hidden fees to Shiply that need to be paid beyond the quote from the vendor.

A bit cumbersome to understand when bids start coming in. You should mention your "pre-pay" prior to accepting a bit and arranging for service.

Die Verarbeitung der Zahlung (Bankeinzug) ist zu langsam. Es dauert Tage bis der Betrag verbucht wird und dann ist die Organisation sehr kurzfristig. Das wird bei der Wahl der Zahlungsoption nicht mitgeteilt. Positiv war die Reaktion des Supportes, der sich um eine Lösung bemühte.

Shiply takes a pretty big cut of the total cost of shipping an item just for operating the website. The dispatcher, who actually arranged for the driver to get my load, charged less than Shiply. The driver I ended up with was great, the dispatcher was hard to understand and tried to get me to pay in a manner that was specifically mentioned in the contract as risky and not guaranteed. I made him stick to the contract to pay in the safe manner specified in the contract. They advertised how they take different forms of payment, however, only after accepting the quote, did they disclose that you would be charged a 5% surcharge for using most methods mentioned.

The Service provided, of finding a convenient transportation company, is excellent. The online platform provided is very good and easy to use. I am surprised by the German customer service, when I wired the deposit twice (after having received an error message after the first time and seeing on my bank account that both payments did in fact go through). When asking for reimbursement, I was told I had to first send a photo of the items to be transported (utterly irrelevant), and was then sent on to the HQ. They reimbursed immediately, still it was surprising and slightly annoying. Everything else was great.

Considero que como la gestiòn la realiza Shiply, tambièn tendrìa que realizar el cobro total del servicio aceptado por el cliente (de todas las propuestas recibidas); no teniendo el cliente que hacer pagos parciales a diferentes actores y en diferentes momentos de toda la gestiòn.
