I waited a week with no communication .. then (after complaining) I got a call that my units would be here the next day :-) All good but The carriers actually dropped the glass door of my shower unit and it shattered !! I agreed to recieve peanuts as compentation (£90) as I felt sorry for the personel (it would come out of their wages otherwise) .. so now I've waited over a week and even have lost my £2K shower !! Would I use them again ? N O !
