The idea is good but I had some issues:
- messages were restricted/controlled at the beginning because also typing information like weight and nr.of boxes the system recognised it as telephone number. Asked info to the customer care, sharing the screenshots that I didn't add any personal info but they didn't solve the issue but answered on the ticket that was solved.
- payment by sepa has been worked only after a week and in the meantime no communication with the choosen moving company was possible. Also here pushed several times with the customer care, asking to elaborate the payment asap but no real help received.
