Absolute joke. They left the collect for ten days , so I incurred a £70 extended storage fee. They then put the phone down on me and left site because the breakers didn’t sort paying the fee , that they caused in time . Complete waste of all our time .

Not a good experience! I used Express _delivery with Shiply. The guy came to collect the armchair that I was returning and because of some misunderstanding with the company, he started threatening my husband. He said that he will take the money and not deliver the item. Very unprofessional. On the day of the delivery, he kept calling me to say that he would deliver the item that morning and ask if I was at home. I kept telling him that I was the person he collected from but he struggled to understand that. Therefore, I would not recommend Express_Delivery with Shiply.

Shiply was engaged by a buyer of a piece of equipment I was selling. Communication overall was bad and time keeping appalling. They said they’d come on the WEDNESDAY at midday. They agreed to call me when an hour away. After me requesting an update, at 11.30am they said 2.30pm. Ok I am on south coast so I know traffic can give delays. Heard nothing so I made the hour journey to the pickup point. At 2.30pm I had to call them. No reply until almost 3pm only to be told they’d be another hour; upon asking where they were, they told me Dartford on M25 - well that’s at least 90 minutes from the pickup point, which rural business park would be locked up at 5pm plus I couldn’t wait as I had work that evening.. They said the traffic in central london had been bad and they hadn’t taken this into account when planning their route! Central London IS ALWAYS busy ffs! The equipment was eventually picked on the FRIDAY morning. On the Saturday, they texted me, the seller, to ask for the delivery address and payment. Well as I did not make the contractual arrangements, I told them to contact the person who made the contract with them. I didn’t make the contract, nor was payment to come from me! The only thing I will say is the two guys were very fit and strong to lift equipment weighing close to 200kg. But Awful communication. Terrible timing in their route planning.. I will NEVER recommend this company.

Please stop messaging, I'm not interested in a service that won't let me talk to the person I'm being quoted from without paying. How do I even know it's real and not AI generated comments and reviews. Fix your site, it's terrible. Allow people to actually discuss the job and then simply take a commission off of the transaction. Don't charge people before they even communicate

Cant retrieve quotes my password does not work, clicked on the link to reset my password via my e mail no emails received after 4 attempts. Given up will use another courier service site

Never picked up on time. Storage fees were adding up and they promised a 50 discount for every day it was late. They did not honor that. I lost money, time and patience. I'll never use them again.

I’m not at all happy with the service from Shiply, I would never have used this platform if I knew that they do not verify the transporters and when there’s a problem do not help to resolve it. I might as well have picked someone off the street.

Tried to use this service and paid a deposit for car transport and can see payment made in HSBC account but no booking was confirmed and customer service just suggested pay again ...never again and avoid as at best a scam service

I hired a transport provider GoHaul to collect an item on the 4th December due to be delivered back to shop the following week. This was not done. I had a few exchanges via Shipley with the transport provider telling mr they were doing it. Now nothing! Shipley said they’d start a dispute but have heard nothing. These people are just driving around and stealing goods. I would never use again. I saved about £100 in transport costs but lost the item which was much more. Very disappointed

Didn’t pick up car in “guaranteed” timeline. Said they couldn’t find drivers. Yet that’s what they are, a shipping company. Don’t read the good reviews they are horrible and don’t communicate well. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Shiply as a company and an idea is great when its working but sadly, whenever something goes wrong they are terrible, they structure themselves so they have absolutely no accountability what so ever for the couriers they allow to operate on their site, if the courier decides to change the amount of the job they can simply cancel if you don't agree to their demands letting down you and the client, they make it absolutely impossible to obtain deposit refunds, basically think of a dodgy mobile phone company who lies cheats and steals through their terms and conditions and you are on the right track. They also allow Proovia to have multiple accounts, around eight so far, they totally have a monopoly on the site and manipulate the prices which has put out of business literally hundreds of honest hard working couriers, Proovia are the bain of the shipping world and they are allowed to run rampant on Shiply

Il servizio clienti è inesistente. Portale vecchio, errori di accesso, bug di sistema. Non consiglio a nessuno di affidarsi a Shiply in Italia, esperienza pessima. In Italia ci sono altri fornitori molto più seri, attenti e disponibili con un servizio clienti attivo. Ho effettuato preventivo e ho aperto ticket di supporto per assistenza: risulta in elaborazione da 5 giorni e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta.

Harassed, Harassed and further Harassment, I attempted to ship a car and after asking for a quote I started getting hundreds of emails and it locked up my email account for 2 hours. If your wanting to get alot of emails I would certainly pick this company cause you will get so many you may not even be able to see them cause email might be locked up.

Viel zu hohe Shiply Proviision dafür dass Shiply keine nennenswerten Kosten für diesen Transport hatte und keinerlei Gewährleistung für den Transdport übernimmt. Ich werde Schiply nicht mehr nutzen.
