My experience with Shiply has been nothing short of disastrous. If you're considering using this platform, think twice. They have proven themselves to be a company that facilitates unprofessional and fraudulent behavior while refusing to take accountability for the actions of the service providers they allow on their platform. The provider I hired through Shiply pressured me into paying €200 upfront for dubious "ferry and customs fees," despite Shiply's clear policy against upfront payments. This was requested through an unprofessional Gmail account, with no official documentation, making the entire process feel fraudulent and exploitative. I explicitly arranged for delivery on specific dates, but the provider completely ignored these instructions. They attempted delivery when I was unavailable and eventually showed up late at 10:30 PM, causing immense disruption. The provider harassed and bullied me throughout the process, blaming me for their own mismanagement. To top it off, they accused me of fraud after I complied with their unjustified payment demands. Despite reporting these issues to Shiply, they refused to refund the €80 deposit, citing it as their platform fee. They conveniently ignored their responsibility to ensure that providers operating on their platform meet basic professional standards. Allowing such providers to exploit customers reflects Shiply's lack of oversight and accountability. Shiply’s response to my formal complaint was dismissive, and their solution? Contact their "complaints department" - to which I have had no response (1.5 months, 4 messages ignored), effectively brushing me off. To sum up, Shiply charges fees for a "service" that puts customers at the mercy of shady providers and then washes their hands of any wrongdoing. Their platform is a breeding ground for unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and exploitation. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Do not trust this platform unless you enjoy paying for poor service and enduring blatant disregard for customer care.

I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Shiply. This company has no regard for customer care and offers absolutely no customer service. In my experience, they operate more like a scam. I booked a transport provider through them and was encouraged to buy Shiply's additional insurance. However, the transport provider refused to honor Shiply's insurance policy in the event of damage during transport. Eventually, the provider canceled the booking from their side. I ended up losing the £38 I paid to Shiply — £18 for the deposit and £20 for their so-called insurance. Shiply has made no effort to resolve the issue, and they are impossible to contact. Their phone line always goes to voicemail, and no one ever calls back. I have submitted two support tickets (which I’ve attached as proof), but after three days, I have yet to receive any response. They falsely claim to respond within six hours. This has been a deeply frustrating experience, and I regret ever using Shiply. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company entirely. You’re better off working with a service that values its customers and provides reliable support.

I want to report that someone contacted me pretending to be a buyer. They said they want to purchase something from me and that they will use your company for delivery. They claimed that I need to approve the process, but in reality, when I approve, they will withdraw money from my account. It seems they are misusing your company to scam people, and I don’t think this is very safe.

Avoid at all costs! The individual is entirely unresponsive and displays a lack of professionalism in communication. The chat was riddled with inappropriate language, making the experience highly unpleasant. I cannot trust someone like this to handle the delivery of my items. If it were possible, I would rate them zero stars.

Customer service started of great, but once I agreed to set price that went away. After waiting for 2 weeks of waiting for the car to be picked up the price went up almost $100.00 with no clear reason given. Be careful if you are in a hurry for delivery. I will say the delivery driver was very professional and nice. It seems once they got my deposit I was not important anymore and I would get my car whenever they could get to it. Just my opinion.

After contracting with an auto shipper, they were unable to pick up and deliver my car. I contacted Shiply customer service to have my deposit returned and cancel the shipment. Shiply did not respond to my customer service request. There is no way to contact them other than the customer support form on their website. They ask for 6 hours to respond to your request. It's been 4 days.

Terrible experience. The courier I selected failed to arrange a collection and delivery within the agreed time slot and did not respond to any of my emails except to say they were still in the process of arranging a slot. When I contacted Shiply through their website and by email to ask for a refund they completely ignored me. My experience chimes with others that have left reviews of Shiply. This firm is scamming people. Avoid at all costs.

Affidarsi a persone poco raccomandabile e non certificate porta purtroppo ad avere recensioni negative, "SECURITY_ITALY" è tra i peggiori trasportatori che si possano incontrare e del resto le sue recensioni "aziendali" non fanno altro che confermarlo. Se prendessero le distanze da certa gente forse salirebbe e non poco la loro media.

I needed to return a glass shower screen to the company I bought it for to get a refund. I used Shiply for the first time on the advice of the company I was returning to. The Shiply agent delivered the screen and I paid them the rest of the fee. The screen company wanted a photo as proof of delivery in order to provide the refund I was owed. I spent weeks trying to contact the Shiply agent delivery company through the Shiply online support ticket system which is utterly hopeless. They say they will respond within 6 hours. This is not even close to the reality. They have made no real effort to help me and now I'm more than £150 out of pocket and have to write it off as it has caused too much personal time and stress to me already and simply is not worth it anymore. Shiply is a great concept, but if anything goes wrong do not expect them to help you.

Shiply is a shell game. They claim they connect you with service, but they hide the real names of the companies, so you cannot do research on who you are really choosing a bid from. Shiply names are not real company names. Once you choose a bid, that is just a broker. The broker then arranges the transport. When something goes wrong with your delivery, as it did for me, no one will stand behind their service. I have already posted a review for my transporter (Diesel Auto Express) and my broker (Smart Transit). Smart Transit owner responded to my review by calling and emailing me a threat to take down my review. And Shiply does nothing about it. Do NOT use Shiply!

Shiply is not helping me get my deposit back from a bad transport company. They need to give me my money back because I cancelled them weeks ago, and Shiply needs to refund my deposit and use their leverage on the company to do so.

If you want to pay in advance for goods not to be delivered for second time and cancelled at 8pm by text the night before, by all means use them. All sorted today and just cancelled again!!! I assume I will be refunded all my money as the contract has still not been completed within the stated time, not likely I suspect? Still waiting on the item that has been collected so they are in a win win situation.

Avoid at all costs! The courier Shipley recommended ‘MehtaSaab1191’collected a £400 painting to be delivered to one of my customers & have disappeared into thin air, although funnily enough are still receiving good reviews on Shipley, even though Shipley say they have suspended them! Shipley have resolved themselves of any responsibility & have ignored countless emails from me! I have now informed the police, which is probably a waste of time but what else can I do! Small businesses like myself are trying to make an honest living & people think they have the right to just steal from you, it’s disgusting! Hopefully by naming the courier it will prevent anybody else using them..

Worst experience of my life! I accepted a quote from King Prime Shipping to transport my recently deceased father's car, which is very important to us. We wanted this transported quickly due to weather. I've been told three times now that a driver would be contacting me with a pickup time; however, no call has ever been received. When I've asked for a refund on my deposit, my requests have been ignored. No one ever answers the phone when I call and will only text. At this point I don't even know if I will ever receive the car or if this is a scam!

This fiasco is for the record books. Not so much the carrier, but the Shiply Company. No communication about the inability to pick up as promised. the shipper had exscuses, however was able to transfer the load to a different carrier. Meanwhile emails and calls, all day. ablsolutely the biggest horrific joke in the shipping industry. I can honetly say, not much on writing a poor review unless I REALLY feel the services or products offered were substandard. and well.. This one takes the most CRAPTACULAR service provider. No customer service phone numbers. Canned e mail responses. basically got your "deposit" and took off. the SUCK IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS CARGO. AND WANT IT TO ACUTALLY ARRIVE. WITHOUT HOURS OF ENDLESS EMAILS AND CONCERN LOSING PRECIOUS TIME. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND

This company is trash. The reviews are clearly mostly fake - after I left a negative review for a shipper they magically got a dozen positive ones within 10 minutes.. The company claims to vet companies but doesn't. Stay away.
