Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're still waiting on your refund after your original transport provider cancelled. When a booking is cancelled, the deposit is usually issued as Shiply credit by default. Had an item of furniture picked up by one of Shiply's trusted partners who never delivered it and have stolen it. Shiply are completely useless and no help whatsoever as they have washed their hands of it. BEWARE, this is a company not to be trusted. They do not care .

I absolutely love this company! Bids came in super fast and it was easy to check their reviews. I booked it yesterday, paid my deposits and my shipment is here the very next day from South Carolina to Central Kentucky! The driver was professional and my furniture was nicely wrapped and secured and in perfect condition. Shipley is AWESOME!

Feedback was great and whole process went very smooth . The driver had very specific and limited pickup window from the store and was right there on time for pickup. Got my item faster than the estimated transit time in perfect condition. Will use them again.

Jon was on time, very professional in his work including reversing a long boat trailer onto our drive. He delivered my boat unscathed to the marina some 18 miles away and launched her without any mishap whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend Jon for boat moves without hesitation.

So far so bad... I booked a courier and paid deposit - who supposedly had excellent reviews - lots of correspondence between them, booked time sensitive collection but now on the day of collection (and since early eve before) zero communication. The person collecting from needs confirmation of time - nothing from the 'company' so far this is the name on Shiply - Grs098 - If this comes through will update with further reviews.....
