“Just want to say how upset I am over this service. They turned up late at 10.15pm to collect, damaged my carpet and property on collection. They delivered 2 days later than agreed on chat Promised me they would protect the sofa with blankets and straps, instead they delivered unprotected and upside down with marks and damage. This was a return to a sofa shop for me to get a refund. This has cost me alot of money and damage. Seriously take a note of the bad reviews and do yourself a favour and don't use these people.”

“The company , Ksingh inc , that moved a storage unit full of car parts kept us informed at each step to delivery. They were on time and very efficient All of this was handled over the phone and we were very pleased with the high level of communication. A great company to work with!”

“sadly we had no phone calls all day. The collection and delivery was planned between 5 and 7. I received emails after I was chasing it but no calls to sender nor myself until a few minutes before. Finally delivery around 8.30 P.M. Had I received a call I would not have rushed to be home by 5 p.m. The delivery guys were great and blamed admin. Information is crucial rather than apologising after agreed time missed. I hope they understand in future calling is why we sent our number not minutes before but hours before to confirm times not after.”

“Best courier company I have used sofas all packed in van on blankets covered up went above and beyond to collect and deliver sofas I stupidly didn’t measure therefor had trouble getting sofa in my lounge they even removed doors to help get sofa in that was not in there job description Saved company will definitely use you again Thankyou Thankyou and Thankyou again Paula”

“Sooo easy. Great service. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Shipped automobile to family member from Michigan to Dallas Texas. Carefree transaction including easy pickup and timely delivery. the car got there before the priority mail with the paperwork. Imagine that? Great company !”

“Absolute diamond of a man. Ryan arrived and my car wouldn’t start. While I was running around like a headless chicken he remained calm and we got the issue sorted . I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan . 100%”
