“I did not really have a totally bad experience. The delivery went very well, but when I wanted to write a neutral review of the driver, the text box closed after trying to change line, and impossible to find and of course to change what I had written. The reason why I wanted to write a non-positive review of the driver is that he refuses to edit an invoice. And when I insist he says that first I must pay the VAT (24% in Roumania apparently). But when you ask for an estimate in France, it is of course including TVA if nothing else is indicated. So this means that my driver is working in France without paying TVA of his income. I had three offers on my task and none of those were of french origin. So I suspect that Shiply is a company which indirectly organizes transport tasks in France with foreign "personnel" and everywhere else (perhaps except the UK, where they are registered) in order to avoid paying TVA, which means that this solution is not usable for a normal French firm. Also, the receipt (no invoice neither) which I received from Shiply, after paying their part in order to accept the offer, did not mention TVA/VAT. Take care if you want to use this service!”
