Mazda was picked up on time and delivered on time. From AZ to CA. Driver was very nice. Robert did a good job. Would use them again.

The platform isn't all that easy to handle and navigate for private customers - its designed for transportation companys. But what was really annoying, was the payment part. I chose the deduction from my account (SEPA) and as expected received an email right away that the amount would be deducted and what the information would say on my bank account. But then it took five days (there was a weekend, so 3 working days) until the amount was really deducted. During this whole time communication via the platform with the transport company was blocked. Only on day 6 was I able to contact the transporter to make arrangements for pick up and delivery times. And somehow the order didn't show up in the platform anymore - I only found it on the old expired orders. So I was worried that the transport might not work out. Luckily, that wasn't the case.

Hi, I’m glad to hear the transport still worked out in the end. You're right that SEPA payments can take a few working days to clear, and unfortunately, we have to wait for confirmation before unlocking communication with the transport provider. I was a little hesitant to use this service for the first time, however dealing with this company was a very great experience. From the time Sharon submitted the offer, communications with her were very detailed and excellent. The pickup time was respected as well as the delivery. I cannot conclude without commending the driver, Edgar, who was just amazing in every aspect of dealing with him. There were no surprises, the amount that Sharon bid was the amount I paid. In summary, next time I need to ship something, I will definitely give a high priority to this company and I will not hesitate a single second to give them my business. Thank you

I was due to have my car picked up and delivered to an address in Wales on Wednesday 21st, when I phoned I was fobbed off with loads of excuses. Eventually the pick up was arranged for today 24th between 0800hrs and 09.00hrs, and suprise suprise they have still not turned up following yet more excuses. Well needless to say I would never use this company again.

The company that Shipley connected us with let us down completely. Failed to collect the item and extremely poor customer service.
