Wasn't impressed with these guys, communication was a waste of time, collected vehicle later than agreed so got delivered later than agreed and incurred storage charges from salvage yard because of this, the driver was a nice chap, lady on the phone ignorant, poor comms probably due to the fact they're European and not British

Not delivered as agreed initially. Delayed delivery Overcharged Poor communication regarding pick up and delivery times and dates.

We were disappointed we only had one quote. We found it difficult to communicate with the courier but they did eventually deliver the chair however no protection had been provided and one of the cushion was badly marked which had to be cleaned.

Lack of interest from the firm I used, hasn't replied and had his deposit, trying to contact shiply and on hold for 15 mins with no answer, useless is an understatement

I paid you £12 and didn't get my order. The driver said he had a bad accident and his van is a right off, so no longer able to full fill the request I paid for. Its not his fault he can not work any more, but I think I should have got my £12 back from your company.

I listed an e.bay item, received ONE qoute to pick-up and deliver, to me, the qoute more than exceeded the price of the item, no more response. dealt with this myself. Not impressed.

Supposed to be delivered at 7am and arrived at 8.30. Parts missing and damaged, sender said it was o.k when it left him !

Member of Shiply is spot on, but Shiply itself as company is very unfear - first of all charges are not justified and very high. Second - information is not accurate as Shiply not disclosing all business reletated aspects Third - request from Shiply to make ads more visible for extra money - WELL YOU GET PAID FOR CLICKING BUTTONS WELL ENOUGH AND DONT NEED TO ASK FOR MORE!!!! Just not FEAR on Buyers and Sellers - people who paying your wages!!!!

Company has changed its practices with pricing and bidding for cheaper quotes .... I found the post office to be cheaper.... Should have left it the way it was " if it not broken don't fix it "

We have used Shiply in the past without any problem, but our latest order (Marble Top) booked almost one month ago (7th Aug) has still not arrived. We emailed Shiply via their website and asked them to help with this matter but they have not replied!! Either they do not read the emails they receive or they ignore them. Lets see if they respond to this message??? Based on this experience we would not recommend Shiply.

General 'service' ok but I paid an extra £5 to have my listing listed at the top of the results. I checked back numerous times over the next 48 hours and failed to see it once. As a result I only received a couple of bids for the delivery job. Therefore would not recommend.

The Transporter kept shifting dates with unecessary and false pretenses. On several ocassions demanded deliveriy and collection addresses which had been previously supplied as pretense for not delivering. Instead of using the mobile uses email which he knew may not be read by the time of stated delivery. This man is very very 'crafty and shifty' Will not use him again

Had one guy who bid for job took payment via pay pal and never heard from him again. No contact with me or person he was supposed to be collecting from. Then had another bid for a job and only bought half the items up to my home as he had a van no bigger than Mini Traveller. Said he would collect the rest the following week but as you guessed never saw him again. Might as well gone and collected my goods in my own estate car. Most of the people on this site and AnyVan are out to do jobs that are in and around London. No mention of their vehicle size and when they do its a lie. They will tell you that their normal van is in for an MOT or something simular. Avoid if possible and collect yourself

I was offered a very cheap quote for a relatively large item, undercutting a professional courier elsewhere by half. Failed collection on two days and failed to give appropriate contact to the gent at the collection end. Courier did take great care with the box but forgot to drop off the keys and despite stating they had been posted, they still haven't arrived. He offered to refund the cost of a new key set but again this hasn't been received. Despite the item arriving cheaply and in a1 condition, this collection has cost me far more in stress than having arranging it elsewhere.

Picked up item 3rd time after not showing up when arranged for previously arranged 2 days. Then delivered item 8 days late after promising to pick the item up on Wednesday & deliver on the Thursday.he picked up the item on the Saturday & delivered on the Friday.

Not very happy with the service, have tried many times to setup appointment with the selected contractor and failed every try, Inundated with emails from Shiply wanting feedback for work that has yet to done, but no means of informing them of the facts Not so happy at the moment Neil

On my first Shiply transaction we had difficulty getting onto the Shiply website on numerous occasions, despite us using the correct log-in details and password. Unfortunately the haulier could not fit the article into their van despite the correct dimensions being given to Shiply. All in all a rather inauspicious start, although it has not put us off from trying again.....
