Collection was once a week collection on Monday I order tueday no were I could find to say this once collection was made all was good and quick

Lack of communication, or should I say NO communication. - Transport provider (PGW Transport) did not contact me to discuss collection times, despite asking so in a message (when paying the deposit) and being told by shiply.com that the shipper would contact me shortly. This then caused frustration for the supplier, as they were not made aware when they would be collected. They also collected a sofa, which was NOT on the collection list. - Driver went on to charge the other supplier at the delivery address the remaining balance! We were only made aware of all of this due to the frustration from both suppliers. - When I contacted the shipper again, to discuss my disappointment, there were no acknowledgements or apologies for the lack of communication and professionalism. No response to any of my questions in the email, especially when I asked if this is how they normally work. I believe it's safe to say I would not use this transport provider again, and certainly wouldn't use shiply again. Due to the professional way our business works and the continuous third party arrangements, I do not believe this website works in our favour.

Collection was no problem on the Monday but delivery was delayed from the arranged Thurs to the following Tue. Payment was also a drama.

The service I got was poor. The man who came to collect my sofa was was ill prepared. . It need 2 people to get the sofa out of the flat but he came alone. So I had to help him get it into the van. There was all sorts of problems getting it out of the flat. We had to take the legs off one of which he broke. Friendly guy but not very well prepared for the job.

Didn't want to leave a poor feedback, but left me no choice: 1) Very hard to get hold of. 2) Forgot to leave the receipt behind. 3) Promised to send back, but waited in vain. 4) Shop won't honor guarantee without original receipt from seller.

Shipper did not provide proof of delivery and as such I couldn't get ebay refund. Despite asking twice

The two men were excellent to start with until they were called for another job later that day then it was rushed. We are still moving stuff one because they didn't have enough time. We gave them a tip but regret this. Also they didn't understand some of our request because of language differences

A nice young man and girl with amazing strength but with serious time management problems. The enormous 36 hour delay caused great friction from the seller and delivery to my home at nearly midnight of large pieces of furniture really tested us. They need to not try to do so much in a day and plan more making allowances for other hold ups in their schedule.

So far, I've posted poor as the driver was 9 hours later arriving than I was led to believe, I had to go and find him as, even though I had supplied GPS co-ordinates, he was knocking on a house 3km away. That said, when he arrived, he worked VERY hard and in good humour well into the night. I will revise this review as and when the delivery happens.

I accepted a quote for dlelivering a pond yacht, spoke to the driver on the phone and arranged the pick-up for the next morning. I then arranged for someone to be at the other end, but when I got up next morning I had an email saying that he didn't want to do the delivery in case he damaged the boat. It left me in a bit of a mess, but I got someone to put it in the back of their car in the end! Shiply offered to find me another driver but I had already had it delivered for nothing by then.

Problems from start to finish. First, I couldn't get he of them ( system down) due to " technical difficulties", then the delivery date was changed three times, then the van broke down, then the date was changed again. Item finally divered though and in one piece! Cheapest quote so I suppose you get what you pay for!

His communication about pick up and delivery was terrible and at times rude. I would not recommend him again. However I have used Shiply a number of times and would not let this to put me off.

Shiply could not prove a delivery, it was hard to get the confirmation of that. Shiply do not take responsibility to let the people know if the item was deliver. I have to return the item from ebay and ebay could not process a refund without the trucking number!!!!

Terrible service. Paid deposit and driver never showed up--on two separate occasions. Asked for a refund and Shiply says contact the driver-- one didnt get back to me and the other told me Shiply should issue the refund. In both cases, lost cash. 24 quid down the drain

I had a bar billiards table delivered which was very heavy and needed 2 people to help take it in, I was told they would give me 24hours notice unfortunately they didn't, the driver couldn't speak English it was a difficult situation trying to explain that he would have to wait 30mins for help.

Cancelled my booking due to no response to an email I had sent, resulting in my having to find another means of transporting my belongings to be sure that they would be collected in the timeframe that I had requested.

Nightmare! Full refund from courier. Perhaps you would like to do the same? Missed daughters birthday. Waited in for a week j ust arrived home from arm surgery so delay in feedback. must have cost £10 in phone calls!

Easy to accept the quote and pay deposit. Since them terrible communication with Courier and still no collection/delivery after 2 weeks!! would not use again.
