“Prior to this experience, I had never shipped a vehicle before so I was pleased to be kept in the loop throughout the entire process. From the time in which I accepted the bid, to the delivery of my vehicle, the team members were in constant communication around the process and my car arrived ahead of schedule. I appreciate the customer service received and would absolutely use again. I’m a satisfied customer.”

“Familyfreights1 did a wonderful job. They were responsive to my many questions. They wrapped and padded my sofa, and they worked swiftly and professionally to load and unload that heavy furniture. Thank you!”

“Poor communications, I had no idea when Familyfreights1 would show up. They never attempted to schedule pickup, never contacted me prior to cancelling. I attempted to cancel and I got the answer "It already is thanks brother".”
