“LoadMakers, and specifically Dave, did a great job providing shipping service for my large furniture pieces. Shipley made it easy for me to hook up with them, and they were easy to work with. Dave was extremely responsive to my questions and requests, and exceeded my expectations with timely pickup and delivery of my goods. Great value!!”

“I used this company to return something for my father, the courier I used has not provided the POD I need to get a refund for him, Shiply have been less than helpful in helping me get the information from a company on their site. If you want somewhere with decent customer service and a willingness to help then don't use this company. Once they've got your money you are left high and dry. I actually have no idea if the chairs I returned have even been delivered or not.......terrible service.”
