So that's a review on the site itself, rather than the service providers? I think I arranged two removals where feedback could also still be outstanding. What I thought was a bit disappointing is the length (or shortness) of the review box for the service provider. It's not a CD (love the music) or a vase (love the design), but moving lots of things from A to B with lots of room for error. Some detailed report of what happened and what (potentially) went wrong or right should be possible.

There was an extreme range of prices quoted, some were ten times the cheapest. No I didnt trust the service was ten times better. Make insurance of parcels easier, obvious and without ridiculous exclusions. Anything made of bronze may be art but isnt always fragile. Dont just accept what your cheap insurance company offers as cover. People claim when you mess up, not for fun, so offer realistic cover for the risk. Strange to say, company I went with delivered a day early and turned out to be Parcelforce worldwide whom I normally avoid

The driver was excellent. As previously feedback to Shiply though, I do find that you do not take any responsibility in the shipment not reasonable...Your staff says its for customers to check insurance details of drivers and check their reputation, but this isn't right in my opinion and other competitors of yours do provide with their own checks, and hence assurances on the drivers/shippers. You need to provide some warrantees and who knows, insure the shipment, for a little extra to the customer, and would also give you an opportunity to make money too?

Handy platform, but ridiculously high fees on your side (20%). You can imagine that next time i call the guy directly.
