“Transporting 24-7 was excellent. Mo was always responsive and exceptionally helpful through the whole process. And he transported my car perfectly. Thank you Mo. Such a friendly efficient person. Mo sent his ‘live location’ which was great so we knew how things were progressing to and from pick up of vehicle. He also took extra trouble to place the car where it needed to be parked taking extra trouble. Thanks Mo. Would definitely recommend transporting 24-7 to move a vehicle. And thanks Shiply for such an easy platform to use to find help. Nisha”

“Gute Plattform, gute Idee: Aber!! Leider steht NIRGENDS dass eine Sofortüberweisung (Dauert normalerweise 12 Sek) bei Shiply 3 Tage dauert!! Während dieser Zeit wird die ganze Kommunikation zum Transportunternehmen abgeschaltet. D.h. bei meinem ersten Termin konnte das Unternehmen mich nicht – und ich das Unternehmen nicht erreichen - und ich stand völig ohne irgendeine Information da. Eine Antwort kam erst 24 Stunden später. Während des eigenen Berufes noch in so einer Ungewissheit zu stehen, finde ich absolut nicht gut. Wäre eine Notiz bei der Option Sofortüberweisung dabei gestanden, wäre so ein Desaster nicht passiert.”

“A last minute decision to donate a live 9' Christmas tree to the local hospital left us with an urgent problem as time critical for the tree to be out of the soil. Within a few hours of finding Shiply, all was sorted. Tree was dug up late evening, collected at 6.45am and delivered by 7.30am. Excellent service all round. The service from start to finish was excellent. The price was better than expected, and the driver went above and beyond to reassure a couple of "oldies" having a panic! Definitely would recommend and would use again if required. Thank you!”

“There looks to be no comeback with this platform when something goes wrong. You are left at the mercy of the service provider you pick and Shiply will not help, stand by, compensate or punish a bad service provider in any way.Couriers look like they are not vetted or their poor service and feedback reviewed to remove them from the platform. There’s no money back on damaged property etc. think very carefully about using this service for anything of value that you can’t afford to be out of pocket for when it goes wrong.”
