“Lumen_Logistics sent a very rude driver especially to a female member of staff who wouldn't lift a wardrobe with him. Very impatient. Arrived to collect with no customer name or lot number despite the customer giving it to them. Unprofessional”

“Had a delivery to get from York to Canterbury. Went through Shipley. Was amazing, totally thought it was a scam/would get ripped off before I ventured down this path - But absolutely not!!! Fab service, communication and delivery, I would use them again for sure! Thank you Shipley!”
