I entered all dates and times for pick-up and drop-off using the Shiply intake form. I reviewed the intake form and dates with Straulix once I accepted their quote. Three weeks before the agreed on pick-up date I got a text from an unidentified number asking to pick-up the bike within three hours. It took another round of messages via text and Shiply to review set dates. Two weeks before actual pick-up date I received a message indicating the dates did not work for Straulix. We re-reviewed the required dates. A day later I received a message with inaccurate dates--for the third time. In my experience the company struggled with basic logistics and organization. I contacted Shiply. Shiply issued a full refund. I booked with a strong competitor without a single issue. I do not recommend Straulix.

This guy was rude and pushy. Then gave a "$1,000,000" quote after I told him I refuse to work with him. Do not recommend.

Der gesamte Ablauf war einwandfrei. Der Preis ist auch top gewesen. Nette Kommunikation auf ganzer Linie. Ich hatte bloß Probleme mit meiner Bank auf ein polnisches Konto einzuzahlen. Vielleicht bin ich für solche Sachen zu blöd. Würde mir wünschen das auch Paypal funktionieren würde.

Wir befinden uns im Rechtsstreit mit dem Autohaus und durften unser Auto nicht selber nach Hause fahren. Über Shiply hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Schnelle Angebote, alles verhandelbar, einfach super. Immer wieder, wenns nötig sein sollte👍

They held my Blazer hostage until I paid over what the agreed price was . Several hundred dollars more. When you try to contact anyone about the issue they send you in circles until you give up . This isn't over!!!!!!
