I’ve never used an auto transport service before and Shiply saved the day. I was surprised at how many offers I received. While prices were all over the place, it was awesome to be able to compare all the offers. The ability to communicate with the companies that bid was easy and seamless.

John gave me the option of late night drop off or the next morning. My wife being so excited to get her Camaro chose late night. Car arrived ahead of time in perfect condition. Off I was going to ship another vehicle I would definitely use them again.

The delivery was successfully completed today, the only reason for 4 stars was the lack of communication from the company, I always had to chase and communications had not been passed on to drivers.

The whole process got a 3 star rating. Arranging pickup within a 3 day window was extremely difficult even though there was a 2 week advanced notice and it was part of the bid. It took numerous e mails and then there was a 3 hour notice-a problem because the pickup location was at another residence. The driver who picked up my dresser was amazing-5 stars for him. He delivered the dresser very quickly and was respectful at both pickup and delivery sites.

Worse service in the industry. BE CAREFUL They price out a shipment only to start hunting for drivers who won’t want to do it for the price they pay them. My truck never came until the gave up on vague excuses. Lets see when they will refund me.

If your shipment was never picked up and the booking was cancelled, the deposit is usually credited to your Shiply account. I got a lot of quotes, so I am sure that I paid a good price for shipping my car. The quotes came extremely quickly too.
