Jon was on time, very professional in his work including reversing a long boat trailer onto our drive. He delivered my boat unscathed to the marina some 18 miles away and launched her without any mishap whatsoever. I can thoroughly recommend Jon for boat moves without hesitation.

Steve from Safehands was exceptional. He delivered my Vauxhall Corsa . He kept the communication clear and prioritized my requests. He is also very affordable..Great job really appreciate everything..

So far so bad... I booked a courier and paid deposit - who supposedly had excellent reviews - lots of correspondence between them, booked time sensitive collection but now on the day of collection (and since early eve before) zero communication. The person collecting from needs confirmation of time - nothing from the 'company' so far this is the name on Shiply - Grs098 - If this comes through will update with further reviews.....

Jon turned up on time, did a great job of backing the trailer onto my drive with literally inches to spare, loaded my boat with care and attention. He then proceeded to Brundal where he easily launched the boat without any fuss or bother. Thank you Jon. I would be quite happy to recommend him to move a boat. Indeed when it's time to bring the boat ashore for the winter I'll use Jon.

I've used Shiply a few times now and it takes all the pressure out of moving my important stuff around the country, a critical activity for me with my grown children living anywhere from almost 200 miles to over 800 miles away from me. The process is amazing. Once I describe my needs and post the request, literally within 10 minutes I'll have a few preliminary bids or request for more information. If I step aside for lunch and dinner by the time I'm done I will have 15 to 20 companies interested so of course if you do a little homework you are virtually assured of getting the best deal. Shiply is also great to work with to faciliate any problem resolution, rare but of course it happens, like booking someone and then determining that you had an error in your listing. I will certainly use them again and recommend you give them a shot with your shipping needs.

Shockingly bad service, I've waited over a month for the collection and delivery of a cupboard - and I've still not received it (it's still not even been collected). I'll be using reputable shipping companies from now on.

The courier kept us informed (the buyer & the seller) all the way along. He was polite, courteous & very respectful of my property. I would definitely use him again & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. A1 service!

If things do not go right Shiply do not help you. The courier I went with picked the goods up but never delivered them. Shiply simply have now closed the case with no further communication and now I am left with no table and chairs. I thought I would have received more help but sadly nothing. Looking at the reviews the courier done the same to someone else….. in my eyes they have stolen my items. Never again. Shiply need to vet these Mickey Mouse companies.

Unfortunately, on this occasion, we have not been able to support your dispute for the following reasons: - The transport provider is no longer responding to our communication. - The dispute timeframe has elapsed without the transport provider offering any resolution. - Due to their lack of cooperation, their account has been suspended from the platform. If you feel the matter remains unresolved, you can pursue the issue independently outside of Shiply.
