The prep work was really good and the sales person was honest and friendly.

Very pleased with end result, but the 'journey' was a bit tortuous. The office had difficulties finding a fitter after their original fitter couldn't do the work. I was left somewhat in the dark, not knowing what was going on. There wasn't enough communication.

quality product well designed and fitted but disappointing carpet protection, room clean-up and we had to dispose of all the excess materials!!

Recommended Manhattan profile by Salesperson who visited our home when we asked for new wardrobes. We asked for high gloss white finish and showed the Salesperson our kitchen units which are high gloss white. When the materials arrived they were all packaged up, not visible, we should have checked all was correct but trusted all would be ok. The fitter arrived and started to install our new wardrobes, during the installation we noticed that the materials being used were Matt finish. We complained bitterly to Sharp's that for £3,000 we expected a gloss white finish, they did not relent claiming we ordered Matt finish. The Salesperson misled us and offered poor, incorrect advise and provided no sample. Sharp's have not admitted any liability and the matter has not been solved...BUYER BEWARE!

We've recently had fitted wardrobes and draws installed by Sharps and are very happy with the service provided and the quality of the materials and workmanship. Our fitter worked long and hard to ensure our wardrobes and draws were completed to the highest standard. Our designer also deserves a mention for missing the England match and staying at our house while we placed our order until past 10pm! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sharps to friends and family. Many thanks.

I was disappointed with the visit from the designer as he did not offer any suggestions as to how we could use the space other than saying we only needed 1 wardrobe. The installer was excellent and we are pleases with the finished result. We were, however, surprised at having to dispose of all the offcuts and rubbish at the end of the job. We also think it is very expensive for what we have got.

From start to finish sharps personnel helped us and with our choice, designed and fitted our new bedroom within a very short space of time and we are extremely pleased with the finished product. Only one disappointment we were not advised at any time that we would be responsible for rubbish disposal.

We have just had two sets of wardrobes fitted in our master bedroom and are very pleased with the final article indeed. Although Sharps gave us the most expensive quote for the wardrobes we wanted, we felt the superior quality and finish would be worth the extra wonga and we aren't dissapointed with the finished article. The wardrobes are excellent, we went for the high gloss white units with some inlaid mirror panels and they look stunning. They are a real feature in the bedroom and provide us with a great storage solution. The designer was friendly and designed the wardrobes around our storage needs. The build quality is fantastic and the fitter did a very good job with minimal fuss and left the bedroom neat and tidy. We had some internal mirrors on a couple of the doors and the screws caps for these were not attached but the Sharps customer service team sorted this very quickly and sent some caps in the post. We would definitely recommend Sharps to our friends and colleagues and feel the additional investment is fully justified by the end product.

Materials delivered at 7 in the morning woke all my neighbors up after we agreed a after 8 delivery. Panels damaged so had to take another day off work as went a day over. Noticed gaps in joins not filled and no caps on screws have phoned customer service twice over 3 weeks to get job finished still no one has contacted me. Wanted another 2 rooms done but will be getting different company to do now. Shame as would be good wardrobes if finished.

What went right? I have two lovely hanging areas! The shelving is a different matter which is L shaped 200mm by 420mm at narrowest, 440mm by 300mm at widest - I don't have L shaped clothes. I have bought boxes and baskets to try to utilise the space effectively with little success. All I want is a square! The designer assured me no wasted or inaccessible space (I explained our previous wardrobes had blanking at each end and above) I trusted him to advise me on a design that would achieve maximum storage but that is not the case. The bedroom was designed to maximise access for my husband who has a progressive illness. On paper it looked ok! The surveyor however changed the size of drawer units as the handles I had chosen with designer would not fit on 300mm units and also advised me of a wide top on wardrobes but assured me there would be good access through the wardrobes. The tops of the drawers are actually 250mm wider than stated on the drawings similarly the top of the tall boy unit 825mm not 800mm as on drawing. To accommodate this restricted access for my husband the tall boy unit is placed closer to the wardrobe allowing only the width of door opening. My husband cannot access this wardrobe but with a hundred and sixty degree hinge this problem would be resolved. Having spent just under £5,000 I have to ask does Sharps care? Having read through the numerous complaints I conclude they do not!

We intially chose Sharps because they had a slot available for a visit for us form the Planner in less time than a similar company. The planner was good but we needed a second visit after the Surveyor visit pointed out an error in the intial planning stage. The planner redrafted the built-in wardrobes at a lower price. In that time we also received a voucher from sharps which offered us a further discount on the price quoted. At all stages the planner and the surveyor visits were prompt, on time and in a short time frame. When the materials arrived again the delivery slot was exactly as promised and they were polite and careful in carrying the materials up stairs tothe room where the wardrobes were going to be fitted. The fitter! Wow to say that this guy worked hard would be an understatement! He arrived early on the day that was booked in. He had driven from his home in SE Scotland to our home in Cumbria that morning and got down to the task immediately. He has produced a fantastic job that we are very very pleased with. He worked until late that day worked through the day without breaks and was clean and tidy in his work. At all stages he would politely check that things were as we wanted them. He returned early the next day and worked another full day. He left us with clean, faultless built-in wardrobes as per our design and a very tidy and clean room. We had read some reviews on some sites where people were very critical of the fitting process. This made us worry somewhat as to whether we had done the right thing but we are very pleased indeed with the fitter's work. On this basis overall we are very satisfied with the work and the overall company.

The service from start to finish was great. From the initial quote through to installation to payment the team kept me informed and even fitted the units without me being there.

Very knowlegeable salesperson came on the first visit and made useful suggestions to help with the product I wanted in the price bracket I wanted. After ordering, the process was very smooth, items were delivered as promised, and on the day of fitting the fitter turned up on time and was very tidy and kept me up to speed with what would be done etc. When finished (same day) the fitter walked me through the new units and made sure I was happy with the finish. All in all, I was very pleased with Sharps from beginning to end.

I have just recently had fitted wardrobes for my bedroom. The service I received was second to none from helping me create the style and design and the planning of the interiors to the installation . They are absolutely beautiful and make my bedroom look so luxurious they look stunning and have given me so much more space and storage. My family and friends have complimented on them.

We are very satisfied with the quality and look of our bedroom furniture. Our experience with Sharps was very mixed. The designer didn't measure properly spit had to be changed after the man came to take the measurements, delaying fitting. When the delivery was made the guys said they couldn't unload as the room was not ready- although we had pointed out in advance that it would have to be stored in the spare bedroom. It took a lot of haggling on the phone to get agreement to do what had already been agreed- not customer friendly at all. The fitting went well, except the tie rack was put on upside down! When we found a fault with the doors it was dealt with to our satisfaction and all of the doors were replaced without hesitation. However, the order didn't seem to have been placed until I rang to chase after about 4 weeks. We are very happy with our bedroom and it looks great so we would use them again

We love our new built in wardrobe. It is exactly what we wanted and installed to a high standard. However, we found the customers services department a little difficult to get on with and the price i still feel is a bit on the high side.

The whole experience with a Sharps was fantastic. When the designer initially came out to see us and we told him our budget he took that into consideration and ensured that the design would meet that. The customer services department were friendly and helpful. When the materials for the wardrobes were due to be delivered we had really bad snow but the driver did everything he could to get here. Our fitter was local to the area and was really friendly and did a brilliant job. The materials are great quality and our wardrobes look amazing, we are very happy customers.
