“Saleswomen designed sliding robes to maximise the storage space but when the surveyor measured he said we couldn't have the style of door we wanted as it wasn't tall enough so we had to change it fortunately at no extra cost. I took a day off for delivery which was cancelled on the day as there were technical difficulties with the lorry. Delivery was fortunately reorganised for the following day which was a Saturday but the delivery men were in such a hurry they damaged our bannister in two places in their haste and were not very apologetic. Blaming our stair carpet as a trip hazard!! Installation was supposed to be 2 days but ended up being 3 as the first days installation had to be redone when I pointed out that the left side of the floor was narrower than the right by 40mm too substantial not to point out. The installer was happy to amend and the finished product is per our expectations. The installer put all rubbish at the front of our property for collection within 72 hours however the collectors rearranged rubbish collection twice and eventually collected after 10 days. Overall I am pleased with the sliding robes and would probably use Sharps again but would need reassurance that delivery will be made with more care and installation as per timescale.”

“We had a new suite of bedroom wardrobes fitted. Everything happened on time and the standard of the work was very impressive considering one man - who looked like Super Mario - did the entire job himself in the allotted five days. Delighted with the whole process.”

“From start to finish truly professional. The designer really knew his job as did the surveyor. The fitter worked hard and I was very pleased with the finished result. I was given precise details as to when items would be delivered and fitted and this was always adhered to. Highly delighted with the finished result.”

“Delighted with the fitting but it isn't right to be left with the rubbish for five days. The rubbish collectors did not turn up and we had to chase. The rubbish has to be left outside of the property as the collectors aren't allowed to come inside the building.”

“We live in a small bungalow and have to make the best of the space we have. I couldn`t believe how much extra storage the new bedroom from Sharps gave us. No pushy salesman, but the chap who came drew the plan, gave us the price and only if we were happy did the surveyor come. The fitter was polite and professional, and we were so delighted, we recommended our Daughter who is also very happy with both product and service.”

“The finished product looks brilliant and it's great storage. The fitting was well done. I wasn't pleased at having to get rid of any waste myself or that there was no way Sharps could help remove old shelves and fittings that were in place, for the price of the product I would have expected a more complete service.”

“I had a 4 door wardrobe fitted which took 3 days to complete as parts were missing. Although from a distance the wardrobe looks good if examined closely the finish is quite poor. The caulking and sealing of the joints is very poor, it was not done properly. For the money we paid I would have expected a better quality of finish.”

“We were looking for a bespoke fitted wardrobe for our bedroom; from initial contact to final installation we were impressed with the attention to detail and individual attention we received. As for the product we were delighted with the quality and still are several months down the line.”

“We love the style, colour, quality and fit of the wardrobes, they are exactly what we wanted. The gentleman who installed them took great care and attention to detail and we are thrilled with his workmanship. The only reason I have given 4 stars rather than 5 is due to having our surveyors appointment rescheduled 3 times due to their surveyor going off on the sick. We had to wait 8 weeks between our first appointment to the fitting date,having been told it should only be a 3-4 week wait.”

“Very pleased with the mirrored wardrobes I have had built by Sharps in 2 bedrooms. Fitting was to a high standard. The only negative for me was the fitter left a lot of offcuts/rubbish, which previous Sharps fitters have removed as part of the service.”

“We had a fitted wardrobe installed and made the 'mistake' of having Sharps Bedrooms as our first quote as no other company could match the design process and thorough measurements and drawings. There was absolutely no hard sell, our salesman/designer Jim was so pleasant and I felt bad when we decided to have another think. We came back to Sharps however as we decided that the extra cost was going to give us what we wanted. We couldn't fault the joiner, Al who came to fit the wardrobe - his work was very skilled and we were amazed at what he managed over the two days. We are very happy with the results - the wardrobe is exactly right. A very big expense for us and that's the only reason we give four stars - as this was a half price offer! Quality is fabulous.”

“The whole process was very smooth. The Salesman who came to our home for the design visit was very interested in making sure we got what we wanted and even made some suggestions that (some might think unusually!) didn't increase the price but did increase the functionallity of the design. The fitter was quick, clean and competent and finished well within the expected timescale. I must admit that wee did have a problem afterwards, but the aftersales service was superb and our problem solved within 48 hours. True, it's not an inexpensive thing to have done within your home, but you definitly get what you pay for, and we're extremely happy with the overall result.”

“Very happy with my new mirrored wardrobes. The sales rep was very helpful answering questions after his initial visit. The office admin team very understanding when I had to delay fitting a couple of times. The fitter did a very professional job , worked hard and completed fitting within a day. I wasn't offered a collection service of left over wood, but have happily kept it for other jobs. the fitted wardrobes are of a very high standard and I am delighted.”
