“Despite our changing some of the detail quite late in the process , our wishes were met and the job was done cleanly and on time. We are very pleased with our new bedroom.”

“Our request originally was for wardrobe internals to be designed and fitted in to our existing built in wardrobe. The salesman said this is not what sharps do, but I think i could make it work. We were expecting some drawings /pictures to see what it would look like, but he only showed us the outside picture/view of the doors. We knew when we visted the show room what the doors would look like. When the fitter arrived he said this wont work. He did make it work and it looked amazing just what we wanted. This left us with an awful amount od timber remaining, which got me thinking this whole job could have been a lot cheaper and gave me the impression of being over charged and a bitter taste. Overall finish very good.”

“Very professional and well fitted. The only negative point is that I had to dispose of the offcuts of wood (taken to the council recycle centre). Otherwise the cupboards are beautiful and very neat and tidy.”

“During the delivery process one of Sharps employees scratched my living room floor through carelessness. When I complained they didn't want to know and denied responsibility. I cannot recommend them. Really poor service”

“Wow, i was amazed at what they could do with such a small room. I didn't think they could do it at first, but once it was finished i was over the moon. From start to finish it was so simple and easy and everyone who has seen them has said they have never seen a wardrobe like it”

“I have recently had wardrobes fitted by sharps bedrooms and I am absolutely delighted with them! From start to finish they were excellent! The wardrobes are of a very high standard, the workmanship was excellent! Shops kept in touch with me right from the word go and I was kept informed and up-to-date every step of the way! This is my third time of using sharps and I would not hesitate to use them again as thoroughly recommend them!”

“I would like to echo Ms Stewart’s review(2 June), poor customer service, rubbish left behind & not collected as promised by the fitter. However good job done by the fitter & pleased with the final result if not substantially overpriced.”

“We were really pleased with our finished wardrobes, the quality & workmanship is good. We did have a little trouble in terms of the fitting date. The team planner 'Gemma' was very helpful and kept me updated. We have an old Victorian Terrace House, so walls & ceilings are not standard which required the fitter to be creative. The level of service was polite and helpful. Overall happy & would recommend.”
