“After seeing an advert on TV, I applied for a catalogue online. Within an hour I recieved a call from Sharps who thoroughly answered all my questions without being pushy. They set up a consultation when was convenient for me. I was extremely happy with the man who came out to do the design service. He really did know his stuff and was honest about what would and wouldn't work in the room. He was very personable and an absolute pleasure. This is also true in relation to the wardrobe fitter. Very professional and fantastic finish! I am really pleased with our fitted wardrobes and dressing table. Would defiantly use Sharps again and would highly recommend! “The rep turned up on time and was very helpful and professional. I had a good idea of what I wanted and he used his expertise to build on this. I was delighted with the plans and got a good price quote. A follow up meeting was carried out with my son so I can't comment. On the day of fitting the wardrobes, the fitter was a bit late. He was quite grumpy and blamed me for giving a wrong phone number (the new number had been given to Sharps but his paperwork was not updated). I offered him a drink but he wasn't interested- just wanted to get on with the job. This set the scene really- he was very unapproachable to the point that when I needed to go to the shops I left him a note rather than telling him. One thing that was never mentioned was that the rubbish would be left for us to clear - so be warned. On completion, the fitter asked us to check his work, when I said how lovely the wardrobes were, he just asked me for the final payment. Mr personality- not. However, just because the fitter had poor customer service techniques, doesn't detract from the excellent job he did. I love the wardrobes and am happy to recommend Sharps”

“I saved up and was looking forward to the meeting with the designer. I cancelled a meeting for work and rushed home. But no one showed up and no message left on phone. Have now read some reviews on money saving expert and have contacted local fitted bedroom fitters who know their stuff.”

“Sharps Bedroom Wardrobes (Pure Range / Gloss White) From original contact through to design, order and installation all was handled with a professional competence. The fitter was clearly VERY experienced and the installation of two fitted wardrobes into a master bedroom was accomplished ahead of schedule and in perfect order. The exposed gloss surfaces were guarded from possible scratching etc. by a blue protective film. All in all an excellent experience well done. Mind you, it is fair to say that these wardrobes were not cheap but they were worth the money. As the saying has it: "You gets what you pays for..."”

“Very thorough planning, to our specifications. Delivery as agreed, great time keeping and customer care. Fitter Paul arrived as agreed and worked tirelessly, completed the job over two days! Amazing work ethic and a fantastic job. We are more than happy with the excellent service and our wardrobes are exactly what we wanted. Thank you sharps!”

“We were very pleased with the overall service from the booking of the appointment for the sales person, the surveyor, and fitter. We needed a wardrobe fitted quickly and they were happy to fit in with our timescales. It was a little bit expensive but worth it for the quality”

“Really quite disappointed with Sharps for the following reasons: - Quite a number of visits are required, with limited flexibility re working hours. First there is a "designer" visit, followed by a surveyor (who does not come on weekends or late evenings) - these could easily be rolled up into a single visit (and person). Next the wood is delivered, again, during the week with only AM/PM delivery slots advised. Finally, you wait for the fitter to arrive. - Appreciate I was unlucky, but the fitter cancelled twice. This was particularly inconvenient as one is required to empty the room and pull up the carpet before the fitting, so everything had been packed up ready for the fitting (which meant no access to our things for a week longer than anticipated). - The wardrobes delivered were not quite to spec (not a huge issue but did demonstrate that the design drawing didn't work). - The interior finish on the edges of the laminate is poor. - Difficult to get through to your account handler when calling (there is no voice mail) and opening hours are not full time worker friendly. - After purchasing our wardrobes on an "offer" it seems it was immediately followed by another offer so you may feel rushed into a purchase only to realise that the offers are never ending. There is also little transparency as to the pricing structure in general. That said, all of the individuals were very pleasant to talk to and sympathetic. It's more the business practices that need hauling into the 21st century.”

“Wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and shelving of a high standard and look great. delivery and fitting on dates and times to suit and all happened according to schedule. Fitting is very well done. Some roughness on three handles - replaced by fitter during final inspection. Attention paid to impact on rest of the house. Room left tidy, though fitted furniture could have been left cleaner - all needed a wipe down for dust and some hinges left with sawdust on them.”

“Overpriced manufacturer who think there is no one better on the market - wrong ....... Spaceslide actually manufactures for sharps some stuff and they're much cheaper and down to earth”

“Sharps provided an excellent service from the shop assistant, the designer, the surveyor and the fitter. The wardrobes were well designed to meet our needs making the most of the space available. I can recommend Sharps Marie Fry”

“Very impressed with our Sharps experience. All the options and styles were discussed with us, and the wardrobes we went for were fitted within half a day. The fitter left the area as before, with no signs of dust etc. We have been complemented by all our visitors and would certainly use sharps again.”

“The shop, initial rep, & surveyor arrived on time as agreed, both were smart & courteous/helpful so that our requirements were included into the design as requested. The part delivered on time as agreed. The fitter/installer was very clean and tidy worker as well as being friendly. Well pleased , would recommend Sharps to anyone. Terence Talmage”

“Having used Sharps twice before we had no hesitation in getting them to fit wardrobes in 2 bedrooms, one non standard shape. Very good service from start to finish with minimum fuss/mess . “We have used Sharps twice before and so had no hesitation in using them again to fit wardrobes in 2 bedrooms-one of them non standard shape. From the initial salesman, the surveyor, and the fitter we got excellent and very prompt service with minimum fuss or mess. We altered our original requirements before completing the order and this was handled efficiently and at very reasonable additional cost. We are again very happy with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Sharps to anybody.”

“We spent over £2000 on fitted wardrobes which we were very happy with. After a few months mould and damp started appearing inside the wardrobes due to them being attached to an outside wall. We believe that we should have been taken into account by Sharps as they are the experienced company. When we bought it to their attention they washed their hands of the situation and offered us no help or contribution to the extra building work needed to finish the job. Very poor service for the money charged. Avoid at all costs.”

“We wanted a wall to wall fitted wardrobe in our main bedroom on a wall with an offset chimney breast and a ceiling which sloped at one end. Sharps team, consisting of salesman, surveyor and carpenter worked with us to produce a superb design making excellent use of every inch of space, which looked both balanced and elegant despite the offset chimney breast and was fitted perfectly by their experienced carpenter, and I mean a proper carpenter. All this was done extremely professionally with superb liason from the office co-ordination team at what we considered a very reasonable cost. Mr R Glover.”

“The Sharps agent who visited us was very professional in his manner. We had a good idea of what we were looking for and we were able to put all of our wishes across before he then gave us his own valuable input. Where we had seen problems, he was able to propose solutions and put all of the ideas onto paper so we could see what the wardrobes would look like in the space that we were going to cover. The quality of the draftsmanship, the attention to detail and the experience that he had gave us a lot of confidence that we were going to be able to make the most of our space. The work took place over two days by a hard working, tidy and courteous carpenter. He had the plans that had been agreed with him and spent a short amount of time ensuring that he understood the brief before proceeding. His work was an absolute delight to behold and the finished product was and still is impeccable. The transaction was completed smoothly, both in terms of the deposit and the final payment. We had no problems throughout. In all, we feel that we were in experienced and skilled hands from start to finish and that the focus throughout was on ensuring that we got as good a solution as we possibly cool. We really appreciated this approach and would heartily recommend Sharps for their excellent end-to-end job.”
