“I was very happy with the service, from the time I approached a salesperson in a store, having first a home visit from a designer, then a surveyor (to make sure all the measurements were correct ), before materials were delivered and finally my wardrobes were skillfully built in. I am delighted with the end product and the smoothness with which it was accomplished.The only drawback was that the message regarding collecting the remaining rubbish from my front garden didn't get through, and I had to chase it up. I found that every one I met was courteous, gave full consideration to my wishes, without being pushy.”

“We got the best quote from sharps and it was actually the wardrobe that best suited out needs. Compared to other companies I felt that they were more flexible with their measurements, that is to say, although others are sold as made to measure you actually have to adapt you needs to their fixed measurements. Following the decision to go ahead, they contacted us and the only thing that held them back was us. Installation was so quick and now we have a wardrobe which suits all our needs. We are very happy with it. The only thing I would comment on as a negative is that the surveyors can only come Monday to Friday which is a pain if you both work full time. Otherwise I would definitely recommend the company.”

“After a bad experience with another company I went to Sharps. I wish I had gone to them first because the service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was great, it took only 3 weeks from the start to the finish to have a fully fitted bedroom, the fitter was excellent and did a great job. I was very happy with the quality of the furniture and would recommend Sharps to anyone.”

“Great service from start to finish, wardrobes are really really nice, very pleased. Would recommend. Only downside was the fitter left all the large off cuts of the wood and hanging poles as said they dont take rubbish away with them, so we had to make a trip to the local tip, which is not near us to dispose of this”

“From start to finish the service was excellent. The designs were excellent. The carpenter that built the wardrobe was excellet. Very friendly and very skilled. Finally the cost was very reasonable. All in all we are very happy”

“Excellent product and very good service. We were impressed with the speed of the whole process, from quote to survey to installation. Our wardrobes were designed to fit in the space available within our bedroom and we are very happy with the end result.”

“Bumpy start - rep did not keep appointment. Next appointment fine, price agreed and no problems when surveyor came. Were flexible when we had to change things due to a funeral. Delivery was on time and the guys were fantastic. Installer arrived on time and finished on time and was clean and tidy, brilliant guy. A most enjoyable experience, that is why we came back again.”

“Having been aware of sharps reputation as bespoke designers I had my newly converted loft fitted with wardrobes and drawer units. At first I was not completely satisfied, I made them aware of the problems, and the response I received was courteous a and helpful. They undertook remedial work to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and the work was completed in good time with as little disruption as possible.”

“should of gone to ikea Terrible experience. Incorrect measurements. Nearly paying an extra 1k because the designer got it wrong. A huge fiasco over a simple light, with pressure being put on to go ahead without it. The mirror is not included in the vanity unit! Needed to be added separately. This was not explained at the time, so now have no mirror to go under the light they could not fit. All the rubbish is in our garden, they don't take it away. Pay ferrari prices, get ford quality. Very very disappointed ????”

“We thought that from the advertisement and literature that having a fitted bedroom from Sharp's would have been a joy, NOT SO. The whole project was a catalogue of poor and unresponsive customer service from the start. 1. The designer told us that if we took on the credit we would get more off the product. Not so the interest for one month cancelled out that! 2. A delivery date was agreed. We curtailed a holiday to get back in time. On the journey back we were informed that the delivery was a week later and they denied they had informed us of the earlier date. This was a lie! 3 The fitter arrived and as soon as he walked in he said he was going at 3.30pm as he had a "hot date." He tried to do a 3 day job in 2. Rushed it, did not finish off and drawers were not running true, wires left hanging!! 4 Manager, however did come out and gave us a jewel tray as compen.!!! 5 We are now on our 4th mirror as they were delivered faulty and damaged. 6 Really think about their advice to decorate the whole room prior fitting as ours was damaged and we had to recall the decorator. Do not use this company, expensive, customer care very poor.”

“We spent time and money for a designer to come out and sell us a wall to wall wardrobe; he came rather over friendly and spent 3 hours on a late Sunday evening, measuring the bedroom and then drew a design with all the shelving units we dreamt off. We paid a down payment of £1,100 up front. Their own surveyor came on another day afterwards and within 5 mins condemned the designers drawings and our dreams. Do not take what Sharps designers say as now we are still shipping around when in fact we should have already had our dream wardrobes... Utterly unprofessional company.”
