We're part way through our dealings with Sharps bedrooms and already it is poor. The sales advisor on your first appointment speaks about the excellent customer service and reputation of the company - maybe a few years ago but certainly not now! We were given an install date, cleared two bedrooms so we have our things all over the place in disarray to keep these two rooms clear. Due to start fitting on a Monday, we've rearranged our whole week of work around this, the flat packs arrive Friday, our money is taken and then get a call only a couple of hours later saying fitting won't start Monday and they don't know when! We've chased (note: WE'VE chased, there has been zero customer service) our initial sales person and the depot, been given no real service, no alternate dates and promised return calls do not transpire. I'm very unimpressed, wish we'd just gone to IKEA and used a local fitter.....

Recently we installed a wardrobe in our bedroom with two exterior lights and we wanted to swap the the bulbs for a different colour. However, after phoning the company we were rudely rebuked and we did not receive any other information to help us. Therefore we would like to warn other customers that after you hand over the money they will not care about you any longer.

Sharps kept me informed from start to finish. The fitter came early in the morning and worked hard way into the afternoon doing a brilliant job. would recomend the company :)))

Once the money is taken, they just can't meet their promises. The design and delivery were both great, everything seemed great until the money is taken on delivery. The installation became a nightmare. Have been cancelled three times on the day of the fitting, the fitter is either disappeared, sick, or can't make it for continuous three times! And the wardrobe is still not fitted. I am not faithful they will come again on time. The room has been left empty as required for over a week, and I had to pile everything aside just to wait for the rediculous fitter to come.

The worst company I have every dealt with. 3 months after ordering we are still awaiting a wardrobe. There has been complications every step of the way for a small bedroom wardrobe. If you do decide to go with them just be careful how much money you give them upfront. They do not refund or offer compensation. Read their Facebook page comments or Twitter for a better insight to what they are like as unfortunately I am not alone.

Service excellent. Installer excellent. Dissapointed with overall quality and was mislead by sales sfaff to think i was being supplied with back to my fitments.

I dont know who sharps are paying to write all these fantastic reviews but they must be giving them a tidy amount. I wouldn't recommend these cowboys, if my life depended on it. It has been a disaster from the word GO. Their customer service is non existent, Their designers are rubbish, The surveyors dont know what they are on about, and the fitters are a disgrace. Once they have your money, you are treated so bad, its indescribable. So much for a 3 week turnaround. We are in the 5th week, and all we have to show for £3000, is some lengths of timber stacked against our bedroom wall and no sign of them returning to assemble it and fit it. The delivery driver broke a Glass door, and we cant get them to send us a replacement. The fitter broke a light fitting and our hoover. The list is endless. We are now getting so stressed with christmas looming and dont know what to do next. So if anyone is thinking about using them , my advice is DONT. Be warned.

Very efficient service from initial contact all the way through to fitting the wardrobes. People viewing the new lay out actually say "Wow"!
