The salesman was very polite and in my opinion professional. It is a shame that they are required to start their negotiations and such a high level. As I am in the building industry, I knew what I wanted and what I felt to be the correct value, so I negotiated until I was at the level I deemed acceptable. The process was good, apart from the surveyor saying that they couldn't scribe to a brick wall, the delivery chaps were polite and friendly, as was the fitter. I was pleased with the input from the fitter who knew his job. Overall happy with the experience.

Happy with the quality and fitting of our wardrobes and office furniture. Fitter was quick and very tidy. Pre fitting service was excellent, cannot praise too highly the young lady who I dealt with. Not happy that I had to phone several times to have the rebbish left in the front garden removed.

The worst after sales service I have ever experienced! I have been trying to get a bedside cabinet top replaced since mid August. I have been ignored, not called back when promised, let down on arranged appointment & I strongly suspect, lied to. Quick to push for a sale but rubbish when there is a problem. Also, my details were given or sold to a company trying to sell curtains or blinds for my new fitted bedroom. Out of order!! I would never use Sharps again.

It makes a change to get someone to listen to what you want and do their utmost to make it happen. The survey and fitting were an absolute joy! The only complaint I could find was when delivery dates were (for some reason) misinterpreted, so I ended up not getting the job done when I originally planned. However it was all sorted out to satisfaction in the end. So they still get 5 stars for not quibbling. Yes... Sharps are not cheap! ........but you pay for what you get! I would have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

My partner and i went into the Aberdeen shop today ,we were attended to by "Karen" after explaining in some detail our requirements (sliding doors) she told us they did not supply doors only complete bedrooms, she felt the need repeat herself several times. On leaving the shop somewhat confused we stopped to look at sliding doors, she then announced that they could supply doors of the sliding variety, my partner looked at me as i did her somewhat confused ??? We are not sure if she is maybe new to the job, but maybe some staff training would be beneficial...also she has yet to raise a smile! Safe to say we shall be taking our custom elsewhere.

Sharps fitted two alcove double wardrobes in one bedroom, two alcove triple wardrobes in another and a long wardrobe in an awkward loft space with a sloping ceiling. I was very happy with the general standard of the build and their design for the wardrobe in the awkward loft space works very well. They also removed all of the rubbish upon completion. We managed to get a reduction on the price initially quoted and suggest you do the same as there seems to be some flexibility here.

ROBBERS ROBBERS ROBBERS... VERY NICE AT PURSUING YOU INTO THEIR LARGER THAN LIFE PLAN... ONCE THE MONEY HAS BEEN PAID THEIR TRUE COLOUR APPEARS... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE... RUDE PEOPLE AT PLANNING DEPARTMENT... GOODS MISSING ON DELIVERY... DENIAL FROM HEAD OFFICE ABOUT MISSING DELIVERIES... DESIGNER ON TAKING HIS PAYMENT WILL THEN NEVER RETURN YOUR CALLS NOT EVEN VOICEMAIL... I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION DO NOT EVER GET CONNED BY THIS DESIGNER WALTER FITZPATRICK... HE IS A BIG FAT UGLY LIAR WHO WILL FORCE YOU INTO PAYING A DEPOSIT UNDER THE PRETENCE THAT WORK WILL COMMENCE WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS. SHARPS BE READY... SOLICITOR'S LETTERS GOING TO POUR INTO YOUR LETTERBOX SOON :)

Excellent service from initial visit to showroom, in-home quote, placing order and delivery/fitting. A couple of (very) minor niggles that have prevented me rating as 'Very Good' - one being that we were told Sharps would contact us to remove the rubbish: they didn't. Overall, delighted with product and would definitely use again & recommend

We arranged 3 bedrooms to be fitted mid august.. we were told all will start off at the start of sept.. which then got 3 weeks delayed due to surveyors fault. On delivery; only 2nd and 3rd room was delivered and no one knew where the 1st bedroom got lost. We are still chasing them for it. A very inefficient and unorganised company I must say. Considering they are very expensive I thought they would deliver top quality job unfortunately that is not the case. If you ring their office..no one has a clue of whats going on and they just pass you from one person to the next. I would say very very poor service and I would never go with them ever again.

Fitter was excellent. Sharps' products are good, however there are a couple of main drawbacks. 1) Expensive 2) Innovative yet relatively simple ideas for creating more space / utilising more space in the wardrobes was not particularly conveyed to us at the design faze e.g. A tie rack would have been so simple to have installed and would have been a useful feature etc.

Wanted to thank you for making our bedroom an amazing place to be. From start to finish the service has been seamless. Everything was very thoroughly designed, everything arrived exactly when it was supposed to (with the loveliest delivery drivers!) and was installed by 2 extremely hardworking and nice guys. Delighted - it is perfect and we love it. Well worth the money and will hopefully last 20 years! Thank you very much Craig and Alison MacMillan

Very pleased with wardrobe and fitting. Only down side was we had to dispose of the rubbish afterwards (which we were not aware of beforehand), not a problem but would have been nice to have known this first. Fitter was excellent and left the room very tidy (rubbish left outside). Unfortunately there was a mix up in the final paperwork as we were left with the wrong customer papers and paid the balance on their account (only different by £1.30). We were then continuously chased for payment of our outstanding account which had been allocated against the other customer. All sorted eventually with no problems (we didn't have to pay the extra £1.30!!!)

This is the 2nd wardrobe we have had fitted by Sharps, the first we were very pleased with the second we wished we never had. The installation Manager came out to inspect the second wardrobe, the filling was entirely different to first. We were told that the second one was the correct way of building and the first one was not. We only had second one build as we were so please with the first, if it had been the other way round we would have NEVER had the second one. The 2nd fitter complained that the room was too small for him to work in (it is exactly the same as the first room and that fitter did not have a problem), he left makes on newly plastered and painted walls and ceilings. So as you can see we are not very pleased at all.

My wife and I ordered several units for a bedroom and one unit for another. There were 20 problems in total, including design errors, incorrect deliveries, changed installation dates and late reimbursement of money. I even had to find and pay for an electrician to correct a design problem that they failed to identify, then they lied to me about when my money would be reimbursed. The fitters don't have trade licenses and home owners have to dispose of rubbish themselves. This was a stressful experience from start to finish, and I will never deal with this company again.

We were forced into meeting with a Sharps salesman by Homebase. He was an hour late for an appointment. We were given discount vouchers of 50% another 20% and then 5% if we signed up at appointment. Salesman was unable to provide a price at meeting but agreed to honour full discount. He advised us to keep things simple and likened Sharps furniture to European Cars (i.e. The more add on the more expensive they get). We wanted 2 x floor to ceiling, in-built wardrobes with sliding doors approx. 1.60 metre wide. The all in cost was £9500 but with discounts £5300. This is more than we paid for our kitchen. Which we encountered a similar problem with another 'rogue' company, Magnet, who were able to discount £28,000 off the first quote of£36,00!! We were told it was negotiable but probably not to a level we would be happy with. Something needs to be done about this type of company as in my eyes they are just as bad as cowboy builders. In the end, we got a local company in and they were able to do exactly what we wanted for £1,500. Don't use companies like Sharps or Magnet. Their prices are inflated so that the shareholders and salesman benefit from receiving large commissions. They also take advantage of unsuspecting and/or vulnerable customers. I'm in process of reporting our experiences to national press and relevant Watchdogs.

The design and quality of my wardrobe when it was fitted was everything I was hoping for. It was completed in the time they said and the fitter was very good and professional at what he was doing

I have used Sharps to design and install fitted wardrobes twice. The quality of construction and installation was highly satisfactory and the fitter worked efficiently and completed the job in the two days estimated. A professional job overall.

Further to my 2 previous reviews, I have now emailed and rang 9 times and I still have the rubbish outside my door, 4 weeks after fitting. NEVER USE this company..... the customer service is dreadful, once they have your money they don't care, as for the designer..... he never returns the calls either. Lesson learnt too late!
