“Very pleased with our main bedroom wardrobe. Good service throughout from design to fitting especially as we had requested a timetable to suit our absence on a few days holiday. During this time the wardrobe was installed with minimum attendance by our daughter and was available for immediate use on our return.”

“Right from the first contact with Crispin Emerson (Sharps Design Consultant) to final completion of the installation, this has been an excellent experience for us. The tiny glitch was when the installer didn't show. Sharps immediately apologised, arranged a new installer and surprised us by sending a huge bouquet of flowers, delivered the same day. We were so pleased with our first Sharps installation that we asked Crispin to return and arrange a second installation, which also went very well.”

“I have a Sharps fitted bedroom unit which was fitted years ago and is still is pristine condition. At the same time I did a diy project to fit sliding mirrored wardrobe doors at the other end of the room. As the bedroom needs a facelift I decided to ask Sharps if they could fit new sliding doors to replace the existing. Answer no, not lucrative enough apparently. Might consider it if I wanted to refit the interior of the wardrobe which I do not. I also asked if they were able to reupholster the 8 ft headboard they supplied with the original purchase. Answer no, again not lucrative enough. Well Sharps, I am very disappointed that my business is not worthy of your attention. The doors in question are standard height, width and on standard frames so an easy job for Sharps to replace them and please a loyal customer whilst earning some cash. Same goes for the headboard. So on reflection I would NOT recommend Sharps Bedrooms as they seem to only be in it for the profit margin and not to retain their existing customers! I shall now go elsewhere and will not be recommending Sharps to any of my friends and colleagues, now or in the future.”

“Our Sharps Design Consultant, Marcus Scrivean was excellent. He came up with some good ideas and sold us 2 beautiful bedrooms. We found him extremely professional and probably the most poshest consultant we have ever met, nice beemer with door handles that light up.”

“From the design process to completing 3 new bedrooms we have been delighted with the service and quality of products received from Sharps. The designer was excellent in his advice and skills in making the most of the space that we had. The bedroom fitter was a very skilled carpenter who completed the work to a very high quality. Any telephone conversations with the head office were always friendly and more than helpful. We wanted to change a couple of things after the rooms were completed, this was done within days of my call and at no extra cost. Really impressed with Sharps and would highly recommend them to friends.”

“We were very happy with the bedroom. We were kept informed of each stage of the process from date and time of delivery of furniture to when fitting was completed. The fitter did an excellent job and worked solid for 3 days to complete it as soon as possible. The result is very pleasing.”

“struggled to get a suitable date for delivery - this was very stressful as I had been promised that Sharps would work with me and accommodate. When the 'fitter' eventually arrived half a day late he was rude - first comment being 'I wish I'd never said I would do this job'. he was rushing and not at all friendly. He made the most awful mess in my house - wood dust everywhere - it took me an hour to clean up after him , dust was in wardrobes, on landing , all along bannisters, down stairs , in hall.. He did not have coloured spots to go over screws, he left bar code stickers on shelves. I was most upset. also had a very abrupt man talking on phone to me re your company. (however sales girls were helpful)”

“This is the second time we have used sharps for bedroom wardrobes. The design process takes a few hours! Perhaps too long.. Delivery of the wardrobes was fine, then on build/fit day sharps send one man! For the amount you pay, and the size of the job, I'd expect two men. So the poor chap who had to fit ended up here till late.”

“Just about everything went wrong, Sharps can't even get your name right on the documents sent out for the review. The sale prices are misleading and not genuine, go to a local company where you will find you are treated like a customer should be treated and you'll have much less grief!”
