“All materials were delivered at time stated and stored neatly for installation the following week. The installer was polite, friendly and tidy. Even worked late to finish the job in 2 days rather than the 3 originally estimated. Love the extra storage space having fitted wardrobes has given me and it will be nice to have fitted chests of drawers that don't need replaced because they're falling apart after a couple of years like most flat pack furniture does. Expensive renovation for our house but well worth the money.”

“Sharps installed fitted cupboards in our new study and Henley fitted wardrobes in our new bedroom. Design and installation were good - despite us having to change the installation date a couple of times because our builders hadn't finished on time. There was a very slight fault which was rectified the next day so no complaints!”

“Where do I start. The ladies in the Carlisle Store were very helpful, Margaret Corby in customer services was great and you couldn't fault the fitter (forgotten name sorry). However the customer services were absolutely awful, changing delivery and installation dates constantly, and blaming me for getting it wrong. We were told we would have the option to chose whether or not to have handles at the end of the fitting, not correct??? we now have socks tied around the handles as they bang into the other doors. The recess wardrobe is like going into Narnia, the mirror was missing, I could go on but I am going to run out of space. I would never again use Sharps or recommend them. You pay a lot of money and the service you get is very poor; customer services lets the whole group down, they don't listen and are very unhelpful, extremely disappointed. Hopefully we will devise a better method then socks to stop the doors banging together, and we will have to fit lights for Narnia. Disappointed!!!!!!!”

“My wife had been waiting 20 years for a new fitted bedroom. Last November I finally got round to having the Sherbourne style fitted with bedside cabinets to match, the handles being the bronze lattice celtic effect. The young gentleman who fitted them did an excellent job inside 3 days and we were over the moon with the finished result. Quality furniture, the bedroom now looks like a posh hotel suite and was well worth the money spent. Had I known it would turn out so fantastic, I would have had them installed 20 years ago. Premium quality, Premium furniture.Premium service. Allan Paul Lerwill.”

“From start to finish excellent service the first phone call through to our wonderful fitter all went to plan our fitterThomas was excellent he worked with us at all times very caring, polite, always left our home clean,spent a long time getting the wardrobes accessible as we are both paraplegics we found after using them for a week or so we needed another adaption called Deborah who has been very helpful and very cheerful ordered what we need and fitter coming next week what more can you ask for Sharps are not the cheapest but we've been there and done that and now we have a bedroom to be proud of and we can use it well once the decorator has redecorated magic..................... Thank you all very much”

“Custom made to perfection. This is the second bedroom we have had fitted, the first one was 15 years ago and still going strong. However, the AFTER care, was not so good. Sharps bedrooms are extremely good but extremely expensive. Very efficient in having to pay most of payment up front. Waited 2 weeks for rubbish collection , which held up our personal completion of bedroom, as rubbish left IN the bedroom. Too heavy to move as was upstairs and my husband has a heart condition so cannot lift heavy items. We eventually did ask family members to bring it downstairs but still waited another week for collection. A handle was broken on installation, although that was actually replaced asap, as was a hanging rail. The hanging rail was sent too long, although had given measurements. The offer of a fitter to come and cut it was mentioned but because we were already being held up with things, we did that ourselves, as we had relatives due to actually use the bedroom. Whilst overall happy with the finished product, these were just a few trivial things that became a bit of an issue.”
