Once the installation had been confirmed, they were brilliant. Arrived on time. Were thorough, tidy and excellent. Prior to installation service was diabolical!!!

Over all look of finnish wardrobe good and I'm happy with it, but it is a shame it was not as designed. You sent out a designer who would spend a long time going over things with you and make up drawings of the wardrobe just for somewhere a long the way it gets changed. A lot of dust and dirt during installation but fitter was very good at cleaning all up. New installer should have more help a long the way. You are paying a lot of money for this work so someone should come out after completion to see the end result.

The design stage caused a real problem. 2 visits from the designer interspersed with visits from 2 different surveyors. Once that was finally sorted and a date was set the delivery was a disaster as at least 50% of the parts were damaged in transit. Consequently the fitter spent the majority of day 1 sitting around. The new parts were delivered and the job was finished in 1.5 days. Well done the fitter.

There was no hassle, the representative arrived and measured the the bedroom gave us the options on styles and a price for the work, we the had time to consider the quote before making a decision. Once we were happy with the quote and confirmed we would go ahead again there was no hassle the work was carried out to an excellent standard.

Sharps expect you to "clear the room" prior to the delivery and installation. For us this involved dismantling an existing built in wardrobe and disposing of it ourselves. For the large sum that Sharps charge I feel this should be included in the deal. We were given the wrong delivery date for our new furniture, I booked the morning off work for nothing. Furniture arrived a few days later and was put in the room. Fitter arrived a few days later as planed, was left alone to get on with the job as my wife and I were at work. Fitter left after only a few moments as he "did not have room to work" Apparently our bed was in the way, despite the designer and the surveyor assuring us that it was NOT a problem. I spoke to customer services, saying that I could be home in 10 mins to help move the bed but was told the fitter had left and would not be back that day. Strange! Fitter arrived the next morning, had a look at the room and started the installation, saying that it should be done in the same day. It wasn't but the fitter said that he would come back the following morning (Saturday) to complete. He didn't arrive till gone 11.00 but completed the work by that evening. He did a good installation and although I can find fault with some parts of the installation overall we are pleased with his work. He cleaned the room and left the "offcuts" by our bin. There was a HUGE amount of waste/ unused material that we had presumably paid for that we now had to cut up and dispose of ourselves as it was far too large to go in our bin or our car. We were told by customer services that this would be removed within 72 hours but after a week we gave up waiting and did it ourselves. All in all the fitter was good and very apologetic over the aborted first day but I understand he has to abide by Sharps rules. The rest of the experience was rubbish. Very quick to take money and gloss over any concerns, We asked for an extra shelf when we ordered the furniture which has never appeared. Far too much money and aggravation for a few pieces of chipboard covered in plastic, customer services sucks. Never again.

The sharps team were efficient from the first meeting in store, when a they attended my home and fitting my bedroom with furniture. The whole team were friendly and professional and I would use Sharps again. Thank you

The materials chosen matched the existing bedroom furniture well. The design, whilst it gave easy access to what could be stored and easily viewed in the wardrobe actually limited what could be stored. Given the opportunity to do the design again it would be completely different - sliding doors would give more space in the bedroom and provide easier access. More shelves - I admit this would reduce the amount of space available for hanging items but a lot of these could be folded and would give more overall storage. Shoe rack displays shoes well but is an inefficient way for storage.

Neither the designer nor the surveyer spotted the chimney breast in the room. When the fitter arrived on 27th February 2017, he asertained very quickly that the plans were not going to be constructable. The revised design is due to be built 10th - 11th April. I feel this has been too long to wait as I cleared my bedroom, as per Sharps instructions, in January.

I am very happy with the Boutique wardrobes they look stunning and the designer Marcus was excellent and very helpful. Dave who fitted the wardrobes and bedside tables was very friendly and he did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Very pleased. The service and quality of work are both excellent. We've had two bedrooms fitted out, one with an office area and we're really pleased. Would recommend. Not cheap but worth it for the quality.

The wardrobes have transformed our landing and bedroom, Sharps clearly tell you to take up or roll back your carpets, every step of the way from placing an order to the measure then again when booking so not sure the other comments below are true. We are really pleased with our two wardrobes. The fitter was so helpful and a tidy worker.

Dreadful service, brain dead fitter, untrustworthy company. We were told we did not have to take carpet up but we were then lied to when the fitted drawers began to drop. Your attitude was very unprofessional and I have gone to great lengths to tell people not to use you. You should fire the people we spoke to by phone, they are morons. We will never use you again, nor will, our family and friends and work colleagues
