The delivery and fitting were excellent. The fitter in particular just got on with it and cleared up afterwards. This was a nice surprise as the planning stage is a bit laborious with two visits each lasting hours! Very pleased with the end result although it wasn't made clear that having the shoe racks make the hanging rail above very high for me and I struggle to reach it. The designer could have realised that.
