“Excellent workmanship and product finished to a superb standard, would definitely use them again for another room. It was difficult to find a pre-manufactured wardrobe for our room, and Sharps provided a very well thought out alternative.”

“Sharps did a really good job fitting a new bedroom for me. Probably a little bit pricier than some, but you get what you pay for and the quality apprears to be excellent. It took about 4 days for the work to be completed and the gentleman who fitted it was very curtious and cleaned up every night. I have no hesitation in recommending Sharps.”

“Very pleased with the whole experience, the fitting options were all clearly explained with no pressure to purchase. Delivery was made as expected an the fitting was professionally completed resulting in a wardrobe that looked exactly like the brochure.”

“Our new bedroom looks a treat, fits very well into our main bedroom. The installer worked very hard, in the fitting of the new units, and the delivery drivers of the furniture were very helpful to us, on delivery day, we hadn't completely removed the old furniture from the room in question, the delivery arrived earlier than expected, so the drivers helped us complete the removal of the old units. The only downside was with the designer, he promised us everything, obviously intent on getting a sale. Once the surveyor became in involved, we started to find out the designer had made some promises he couldn't keep, and had to agree to some amendments to the original design, all be it, with reduction in the price, that we had to fight for at the time of final payment. Apart from that, we are happy with the finished article. Would just warn any future customers, to make sure the designer can meet the promises he gives you, and is not just looking for his cut in commission.”

“We only got as far as the design visit. The 'design consultant' who came to our house was likely trying his best but was, to me personally, utterly infuriating. I found him to be condescending and rude, talking mostly of fluff and little of the actual product and service they could or even couldn't offer. We'd told him in no uncertain terms what we wanted/needed, from that he developed a drawing, which was possibly the furthest from what we had asked for as possible. We explained this and my husband and I worked together to come up with an alternative that would work. The 'design consultant' agreed with this and was originally positive then suddenly 'remembered' that 'they' had previously rejected a similar design, stating that 'they' probably wouldn't be able to do it. With this he was attempted to abdicate all responsibility. He further tried to convince me to an alternative design which was again specifically what we did not what and had been very clear about having no use for. I'm left feeling quite annoyed with so much of everyone's time wasted. Just be a bit more honest about the products and what you can and cannot offer. This is NOT a truly bespoke service. They cannot give you what you want or need if that doesn't fall inside their very narrow petty boxes and you're not going to hear about it any time soon. So use their services if you're lonely and need some interaction but if you want an actual result for a specific purpose then I absolutely do NOT recommend calling them.”

“We were extremely pleased with the entire installation from the design process through to completion. Our designer, Mike Ryan, was exemplary in his understanding of our needs for the two bedrooms. His professional manner, thorough knowledge, vision and genuine guidance gave us immense confidence in the whole development from planning to installation. The design for both bedrooms was just perfect and the finished results are outstanding giving us maximum storage but not encroaching on the size of the rooms. In fact, our son’s bedroom looks twice the size now and he is overjoyed at having such a spacious and smart room. In addition to this Mike ensured that we had contact with a reliable electrician, who could complete the necessary work prior to the very efficient fitter completing the build design to an excellent standard. The entire process was superbly organised from start to finish. Communication was good at all levels and Mike returned to see the finished bedrooms. We would highly recommend Sharps and especially our designer who showed real insight into our needs as a family. A quality product from a quality firm.”
