“The materials chosen matched the existing bedroom furniture well. The design, whilst it gave easy access to what could be stored and easily viewed in the wardrobe actually limited what could be stored. Given the opportunity to do the design again it would be completely different - sliding doors would give more space in the bedroom and provide easier access. More shelves - I admit this would reduce the amount of space available for hanging items but a lot of these could be folded and would give more overall storage. Shoe rack displays shoes well but is an inefficient way for storage.”

“Neither the designer nor the surveyer spotted the chimney breast in the room. When the fitter arrived on 27th February 2017, he asertained very quickly that the plans were not going to be constructable. The revised design is due to be built 10th - 11th April. I feel this has been too long to wait as I cleared my bedroom, as per Sharps instructions, in January.”

“Very pleased. The service and quality of work are both excellent. We've had two bedrooms fitted out, one with an office area and we're really pleased. Would recommend. Not cheap but worth it for the quality.”

“The wardrobes have transformed our landing and bedroom, Sharps clearly tell you to take up or roll back your carpets, every step of the way from placing an order to the measure then again when booking so not sure the other comments below are true. We are really pleased with our two wardrobes. The fitter was so helpful and a tidy worker.”

“Dreadful service, brain dead fitter, untrustworthy company. We were told we did not have to take carpet up but we were then lied to when the fitted drawers began to drop. Your attitude was very unprofessional and I have gone to great lengths to tell people not to use you. You should fire the people we spoke to by phone, they are morons. We will never use you again, nor will, our family and friends and work colleagues”

“I have been amazingly surprised at the quality and professionalism throughout the entire process of having my sharps wardrobes fitted from the initial sales enquiry to the final fitting. The wardrobes weren't the cheapest but the quality is excellent. There were no delays, in fact the sharps reps were chasing us for delivery! They are just what we wanted and the bedroom looks lovely. Thank you.”

“We had two wardrobes fitted that solved a problem we had finding standard units to fit the space we had. The installation was efficient and clean and the product was well designed and put together. Exactly what we wanted.”

“Wrong doors fitted to wardrobes Damage to my hardwood flooring My apartment which has just been fully refurbished is literally smothered in cutting dust No side panels fitted in my main wardrobe Damage to walls in my apartment Took five working days for a fitting manager to call me even after I continually rang Sharps This is still on going so I will update in the future, I would never use or recommend sharps”

“Damaged paint work in hall way from bringing in equipment. Dirty black hand prints over cream wall where wardrobe fitted All rubbish left outside property for me to remove (including fitters endless fag butts) The responsibility for the rubbish being mine was never highlighted in the flashy sale process! No dust sheets or floor coverings brought on the days of fitting. Second wardrobe installation not finished as promised the surround looks ugly through poor fitting Very expensive would not recommend”

“This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The below is a list of issues I've had; - first installer caused considerable damage to my timber floor. - he installed a damage drawer and didn't install a hang rail or a mirror which was part of the design. - the person who came to install the missing parts didn't put any cardboard protection on the floor and damaged it further. - apparently, damage caused by Sharps is not their responsibility?! The level of damage they caused can only be described as reckless. - the end product isn't great. This is my second wardrobe installation by Sharps. The first one was fantastic, the second awful so it's a bit of a gamble. - to date, I have dealt with at least 10 people at Sharps. When there is an issue, they pass you from person to person. I suggest trying a different company who can provide better quality assurance and customer service.”
