At first I was very impressed with Sharps as they were very responsive and on time for the first meeting. Things quickly went downhill from there. The designer didn't turn up for the following meeting and was then late for the subsequent one. The designs he came up with were great but I was then told by the surveyor (who was very nice about it) that Sharps wouldn't be able to actually produce the designs as they were against policy. We therefore had to cancel some of the orders. We are still waiting for the remaining wardrobes to be supplied and fitted but I am not holding my breath. So far Sharps have shown themselves to be thoroughly inflexible and far from helpful. I would not recommend them.

1st class 10 stars kept appointment times used qualified tradesmen supplied drawings/sizes prior to our acceptance cleaned up every day can not fault sharps service sue and frank shelley

I am really pleased with my bedroom...and thanks to the Carpenter who has done a brilliant job! I am planning to do my daughter's bedroom too. I would definitely recommend Sharps.

This is the second time that we have used Sharps and again been very impressed with the organsition from assisting with ideas, delivery of parts for the wardrobe and the instalment itself was very professionally completed - highly recommended and we will definitely be using Sharps again! The first sales assistant I encountered in one of your stores did not inspire me to buy your product. Once I returned to the store and a new assistant served me the service right from beginning to end of the installation of the sliding door wardrobe that was fitted was excellent.

Extremely Poor Customer Service! In january I requested a home visit for walk in wardrobe planning. Sharps booked it for 7pm the following Thursday, that day I realised that I had not had a confirmation, I duly rang Sharps to be told that the appointment had been cancelled due to ill health which is fair enough, but when were they going to tell me? Sharps rebooked the appointment for the following Thursday at 7pm.....by 7.30 no show, I called Sharps at 7.45 to ask if their representative was lost delayed....was told by Sharps that if the rep hadn't shown by now then the appointment probably wasn't going ahead...they promised to look into this & get back to me on Friday.....no call...chased.. few day s later again no call I chased.......chased.....no call.....chased....still calling them 3 weeks later as I believe I am due some sort of explanation surely? Same drivel each time from various employees at Sharps head office " I can only apologise, I don't know whats happened here, I will get someone to call you" Its now almost a month later and I am still waiting. Sharps obviously don't want or need my business.

The experience was good, sales weren't too pushy and installation was on time and to a good standard. For the cost I would have expected the fitter to take all waste with him. He brought all the boxes downstairs but it was left in all of our recycling and bins rather than being taken away in a van.

We're so pleased with our fitted wardrobe. The sales lady explained everything very well. The surveyor checked we knew exactly what would happen. The fitter was polite and efficient and made the minimum of disruption. The quality is outstanding.

The Sharps bedroom was very expertly fitted when I moved into my new flat at the end of October 2014. Both sales consultants and fitter were good. However a few weeks later I tried to order an extra small bedside cabinet and was told I would have to pay list price, with any discounts, as it could not be considered as part of my original order. As the price quoted was well over £400 I refused and ordered one from somewhere cheaper. It is a pity it does not exactly match the other bedroom furniture, but I saved approx. £320 by doing this. Find it hard to believe that Sharps take this attitude, for whatever reason they quoted at the time, which resulted in a loss of goodwill for the company.

We were very impressed with the service provided by all people involved in the buying of our fitted wardrobe.We had a lovely salesman who didn't push things on us (but would have liked more to made of the extras available such as lighting, drawer dividers etc. as these weren't mentioned at all!!) we had to get the room plastered before the fitting and they were very flexible as too when they could fit it. The carpenter that built the wardrobe was very efficient, we were quoted that installation would take 2 days but it only took 1 !! they are very expensive products but well worth the extravagance!

I found the whole experience brilliant from the time I walked into the show room to enquire through to the fitting of my bedroom. Deliveries were on time, designer was very helpful and the fitter efficient and tidy. Full marks, Karen Heath

Initial problems over agreeing a convenient fitting date as Sharps didn't offer any flexibility. Actually very pleased with final installation which transformed an awkward- shaped bedroom. The fitter handled a difficult job very competently .

The customer service is good from design through to installation. The quality of the product is very good. Installation is efficient with minimum disruption and they clear up their mess.

The designer and surveyor were very efficient. We achieved a good design plan after one return visit, due to the strange shape of our room. The final result - installed by an excellent and pleasant fitter- looks good and does exactly what we need.

For our new born coming we ordered quite a bit of work to be carried on from Sharp Bedroom. We decided to go with them because we decided to trust a big brand even if more expensive. At first we thought they were behaving professionally, this until the moment of fitting our order. Everything that could have been done wrong... It actually went. Wrong measurements lead to have to rethink the entire design, wrong handles, useless elements not fitting with the given brief, a true nightmare. After a formal complain, we got a guy coming to carrying on an assessment, few weeks later we received a call that we got a compensation discount for the inconvinient 300 pounds over 6500 because what we claimed wasn't written in the contract! Ergo, if you decide to go with them, pretend to record every single requirement.
