Pleased with furniture fitted and work of fitter. would like to know how sliding wardrobe doors are adjusted, a pair of doors meet at the top but have a quarter of inch gap at the bottom. Most annoying were fine when first fitted.

We do not believe our new Sharps Bedroom is as good in terms of quality as our old bedroom furniture. The design of the room is no better than the original design which was designed by me and one wardrobe which stands alone, does not work, the way round it has been fitted. We believe that this should have been pointed out by the designer or the surveyor. One of the soft close wardrobe doors has to be pushed to shut otherwise it remains open. Overall, given the money we spent, I am disappointed with what we have ended up with. The one positive comment would be that we have ended up with more wardrobe space.

Very happy with our new bedroom units. They look great, and the process was easy to work through. Staff were considerate throughout.

We recently bought a "newbuild" home where wardrobes were not included and space was at a premium. After checking free-standing options where at least 12 to 14 inches of valuable space above the wardrobes had to be left unused, we decided on fitted models. Here we used every inch of space from ceiling to floor and having to downsize from our previous house, it worked out fine. I have used Sharps on two occasions now. Both times I ordered fitted bedroom furniture and home office furniture. I find the quality of Sharps furniture to be excellent and the pre-sales and after sales service is very good. The fitters on both occasions have been very professional and their workmanship has also been very good.

I really don't want to go over the ordeal again so I will be brief. Sharps measured our wardrobes wrong twice! Demanded parking permits to be able to install. This should have been a standard installation and I had to make so many calls to there delivery, installation and office teams. It put me under a lot of stress. The finished product is ok but not what the sales man descried, I could not go through anymore stress and point out the errors after the installation so I just accepted it. Do not believe anything the sales man says, he failed to mention the installation team do not even take the rubbish away, icing on the cake having about 12 very heavy panels to dispose of myself and 3 bags of heavy waste. The problem is all the salesmen, estimators and installation staff are sub contracted (do not work directly for sharps) so have no pride in there work and this shows when mistakes happen. Please don't make the same mistake I did and avoid sharps bedrooms they are the worst company I have ever used.

I recently had three bedrooms fitted with wardrobes, the fitter that came was brilliant, polite, respectful and very conscious of cleanliness, the wardrobes look fantastic, well worth the wait and the money, this is the second time I have used Sharps, both times I have been really happy with the end result.

We have used Sharps for two of our bedrooms. As we have coombed ceilings, we know they can design and fit to our needs. As usual, the design, delivery and fitting were excellent

The designer turned up on time. Very good at designing our bedroom, The fitter turned up 7.30aqm and finished the wardrobe by 6.00pm he did a very good job and cleaned up all the mess when he finished

Communication problems trying to schedule delivery date. They kept trying to book the delivery and installation date for when I was on holiday. Took quite a few emails to them to finally get the message that I was not in the country to accept delivery. However, when dates were finally agreed the delivery guys and fitter came and did a great job and happy with the overall look.

we had 2 bedrooms done and wanted to maximum our storage. The designer who came out first was excellent, he spent a lot of time with us going through options but most importantly did not push us into signing there and then unlike other companies. On the basis of the design and his attitude we decided that day to go with Sharps. Delivery was prompt and fitted around us and the fitter who was local to us was excellent, working flat out and completed the work a day earlier than expected. We actually saw him walking his dog later that evening. It felt like a really personal service, plus both rooms look great and give us just what we want.

Although the design and survey experience was pleasant enough, the customer service after was horrendous. I had the delivery of the wardrobe come through but when the fitter came the next day, he said he can't do anything as there is an existing built in - this was never told to me by neither the designer or surveyor or the customer service person who booked the installation appointment. initially customer service was bearable and reasonably helpful but was escalated to supervisor position and this proved to be zero help or had any solution based around the customer. Preferable solution would have been they can send someone else out to remove the existing wardrobe or recommend someone etc but nothing was done - bottom-line, they don't give a toss about the customer and what the supervisor actually confirmed me in as many words. Be fair warned that they don't have any cancellation policy at all so you feel as a customer you are trapped!!! Worse experience ever!!

The final product is fantastic, and the joiner who did the work was excellent. But the whole experience has been spoilt by completely appalling levels of customer service, communication, consistency and helpfulness. It was extremely hard work having to deal with Sharps, and now we are still waiting for the rubbish which they said they would remove, to be removed. Long appointments. Changed plans. One person not having a clue what another person agreed.

They told us the cupboards would take two days - they took six days and this covered a very inconvenient and dusty weekend with a bedroom turned upside down. The problems were (1) their surveyor incorrectly marked where a light fitting should go, causing a day's delay while the fitting had to be moved (by my builder, fortuitously available, but at cost to me); and (2) then the surveyor got the cupboard measurements wrong leading to another two day's delay while the cupboards were sent back and new cupboards made. During the whole time there was not a word from the office of apology or any acknowledgement of my existence! Although - the ONLY bright spot at this time - the fitter was very competent. Eventually it got done and the outcome was in line with expectations. However I refused to pay the final 10% instalment on account of all the error and inconvenience and now they are challenging this and tell me I will hear from their lawyers. They've offered me a miserly 5%, although I did finally get an apology today about a month later.. Decent quality cupboards but if you want any customer service - avoid!!

Absolutely the most useless wardrobe fitters we have ever encountered. First set of doors delivered did not fit. Asked to wait at home on the Friday for delivery of new doors, no one turned up. Asked to wait in on the Monday for the new doors, no one showed up. New doors delivered on the Tuesday to be installed on the Wednesday. Installer arrives on the Wednesday to discover they are once again the wrong doors. I have now been asked to wait for new doors being delivered on Friday. Terrible time wasters. Small damage to our stairway wall from the doors being delivered. Quite honestly not worth the money. Get a local carpenter to do it instead.
