“Brilliant service from our first initial visit to Sharps showroom in Sutton Coldfield, The home visit from the design was to schedule. No pressure to buying "there and then - allowed time to review options. Time was taken for all consideration in design. The fitting was excellent, by experienced, extremely tidy, and hard working professional. Our two daughter were very pleased with the final finished work.I would high recommend Sharps - we are in the process of designing another room!”

“The designer could have made us aware of all the options which would have avoided an amendment to the original plans. However, we are delighted with the finished product & all the delivery team & fitters took great care of our home which was appreciated. This is the second time we have used Sharps for bedroom furniture & would recommend to friends.”

“The planning and ordering process was very good. However, the best part of the process was the installation which was carried out to a very high standard indeed, the fitter even making some slight improvements to the plans as part of the installation resulting in a much better office layout than we envisaged.”

“End product is good and no major faults, but found their customer service both pre and post very lacking. The fitter was very polite and keen but to have him in our home until 9pm each night over the weekend was a little uncomfortable and to be asked to check wardrobe for marks in the dark was a a little absurd. I did enquire for wardrobe internal lights as this was not offered when ordered but nobody came back to me. HIgh end, High cost but low service.”

“The furniture arrive promptly and on time. The fitter was charming and very clean and tidy with his work. The wardrobes are absolutely perfect despite discrepancies in the floor and ceiling levels. I would definitely use Sharps again when required.”

“Mrs A Clayton I have a very unusually shaped bedroom - there are no right angles. But right from the beginning the visiting salesman listened to what I needed and gave me some very good advice, which meant I was able to have the wardrobes I wanted. It was therefore bespoke to fit my requirements. The fitter was also very personable and took great care in his work which resulted in my wardrobes looking fantastic. I'm really pleased and so are my visitors.”

“First meeting with rep was friendly and helpful. A potential problem was identified and discussed and resolved soon afterwards. Following the final measurements inspection I sent in the signed plans but forgot one document. An email reminder from the inspector went into my junk mail and I didn't receive e any further follow up. After 2 phone calls I finally found out the reason for the delay and sent the document. Installation followed soon after. This part of the process could have been dealt with better.”

“Review from Mrs Elaine Guidi elaineguidi@hotmail.co.uk. I have used Sharps now for 3 bedrooms, which must say something. Being honest I'd have to say there are pro's and con's, like most companies I expect. But we have always been happy with the result. We live in North Scotland and this means we have to wait till a fitter can come up to visit several houses I the visit, this is mildly irritating if it drags on for months. But, the advise and professionalism is spot on when they do get there. The fitters have been different each time with a mix of brilliant and accomodating to good at joinery and able to fit a bedroom. The technicalities of Sharps bedrooms are great. The final product, if you choose the finer details methodically will be just what you wanted.”
