“No communications from Sharps to confirm costs and it turns out we've overpaid. A week later, no money refunded. Rubbish left outside apartment not cleared as promised leading to complaints from neighbours and further cost to us. After speaking to many people to get a delivery date agreed and me taking time off work, they pretended they couldn't find the apartment because they realised it was on the 4th floor and couldn't be bothered so they left it to another team the next day. The fitter did not arrive on time as agreed. Do not use.”

“They were very knowledgeable about their products, gave good advice and turned up when they said they would. One of the doors was cracked upon delivery, but it was replaced within days without any fuss. The installation was smooth and professional.”

“From the moment that the Sales Rep came into our house we knew we had chosen the right people to transform our bedroom. The rep listened to what we wanted and did not try to push us into having things we did not need. She completed gave us as much space at a cost effective price. The quality of the wardrobes were outstanding and way beyond what we were expecting. The quality of the finish is to a very high standard and the fitter was very professional, working hard and always leaving the room tidy. We would thoroughly recommend Sharps to our friends and family. Thanks for a lovely bedroom Sharps that we are now proud to show off.”

“From the salesperson to the installer all were polite, listened to what we wanted and carried out their jobs with efficiency. They kept all appointments on time. The installer cleaned up behind himself and even washed down the furniture before he left. All in all very pleased with the service received.”

“Service from start to finish was excellent both on the phone and home visits. Initial appointment with designer was very professional and helpful with ideas of best design and storage for my bedroom. Surveyor explained everything from delivery to fitting ensuring I knew what would be expected from me in preparing the room. Fitter telephoned on the day of fitting to ensure everything was ready. He was very polite and within a few hours had built the wardrobes to perfection. I would recommend Sharps to friends and family.”

“The original install took place on the 10th October. After 3 days it was conplete however i was not happy with the finished work. 2days later a remedial forter was sent out who reaplced 1 or 2 issues however uncovered some more fundamental fotting errors. Armed with a List of around 15 snags, we were visited by the installations manager. He agreed with the issues and compelted report, and infromed me that 90% of the wardrobe would need replacing. Excellent just what i wanted 2nd delivery of wood Received and fitting arranged for today. Fitter arrived today, and the removal of the original installation has caused Substansial damage To my internal walls. Sharps have advised Me to obtain quotes for the works and they will consider them. Please be warned that all fitters are contractors and it seems hit or miss as to the one you get. I would Not trust them with my property if i could turn back time. So far i have had work disrupted for 9 days including surveyor and deliveries, have the first wardrobe sitting on my driveway, messed my decorator carpet fitter and bed delivery around and am currently living in chaos from all the moved furntiure. Consider this before signing anything with shraps. I will update when/if this is resolved.”

“Brilliant service from our first initial visit to Sharps showroom in Sutton Coldfield, The home visit from the design was to schedule. No pressure to buying "there and then - allowed time to review options. Time was taken for all consideration in design. The fitting was excellent, by experienced, extremely tidy, and hard working professional. Our two daughter were very pleased with the final finished work.I would high recommend Sharps - we are in the process of designing another room!”

“The designer could have made us aware of all the options which would have avoided an amendment to the original plans. However, we are delighted with the finished product & all the delivery team & fitters took great care of our home which was appreciated. This is the second time we have used Sharps for bedroom furniture & would recommend to friends.”
