“Book the MOT and interim service for £101. Got quote for £1300 for everything that needs to be done, quote £750 just to pass MOT, Second call quote went from £450 to £560 and at last £664 only for MOT. End up paying £130 for interim service and MOT. MOT failure ball joint on suspension offside, coil spring on the offside rear, and wiper blades. Took the car to the local garage all done for £185, Pass MOT. Stop Servicing training to assure you that job is done to the highest standard but they forgot to enter all information in your service book and they tell you you can do that. As far I can tell from my experience they just interested in extracting as much as possible of your money. First time and last time user learned my lesson.”

“Generally efficient with a good - if expensive service. Be aware that the price may appear reasonable at first sight, but there are always add one. The usual one is an engine flush and specialist oils which can add £70 plus to the price! Even their own garages admit that this is a usual scam. Beware!”

“Always an excellent service, love it that I don't have to wait around the MOT centre, or even worse, bus home and back again. The pick up and drop back of your car is the best bit.”

“Quoted the wrong amount so not prepared for the quote given by the garage had to leave some non essential service work uncompleted. Car had gone in for an MOT into the same garage a week before and passed with no advisories only to be told after a week by the same garage my front discs were heavily worn and needed replacement urgently which did not make much sense considering brakes are part of any MOT. All felt like a set up”

“Was a bit wary due to the poor reviews online. I booked my car in for a full service, it was collected from my house. I was rang at around 3pm to say they had a few advices but I only chose one of them and there was no pressure to get them all done. I paid and my car was returned at exactly 6 o'clock. My husband will be using Servicing Stop for his service as well. Due to all the negative reviews I still don't think we would use for our MOTS as I don't like the thought of my car being held at ransom until I paid for work to be done to pass the MOT but I would recommend for a service.”

“I received very good deal for MOT. Defnitely worth to use it. Everything was as promised - easy booking system, clear confirmation and collection instructions, the car was collected and delivered on time, everyone involved was courteous. The whole experience - simple and easy. Definitely would recommend.”

“Horrendous - you will make an appt and they simply will not show up. When you call no one will answer the phone when you eventually get through to someone they will lie to you fob you off and fail to offer you any semblance of customer services. Please please don’t waste your time and money this is horrific service .. I’ve been left with no vehicle as my MOT has run out and I now have to find another garage at short notice and will be without a car for a couple of days by the looks of it. Never been more angry.”
