I am really repented I choose that company to do MOT and service!!! Don't do that!! For your own pocket safety. I booked the full service and the MOT for £122 and at the end I paid £319 for nothing!!! They changed 4 bulbs!!! For £200 ??? Come on guys ! That's a rip off! That's the definition for rip off the customers! I will take further steps in this case. I am sure that wasn't right and the funniest thing is one of my light still doesn't work! DO NOT USE THEM! only if you stupid enough to pay for nothing😠😠😠😠😠😠😠😠

My car was booked in, collected and dropped off all at the agreed dates/times. The process went smoothly. The only thing I wasn't so keen on was the fact that my car had to do a 50 mile round trip to be serviced and MOT'd, however, this did save me the time/hassle of taking it anywhere myself so I guess it was 50 miles well spent.

Booked in for full service. Chose servicing stop over Halfords as about same price but servicing stop collected car, plus point to Servicing stop. Full service should include fuel filter but Servicing stop want extra. £10 for bulb change! £75 for brake fluid change (Halfords £30) £24 special oil! Nothing special about fully synthetic oil! Customer service less than helpful. My report did have a tick to say checked and topped up clutch fluid, even though it's an automatic! Not confident in actual work done. Feel ripped off and will not use again.

While it is imperative we suggest this work to you, the decision remains firmly in your hands as the customer as all work is advisory and not compulsory - it's our job to let you know what work needs doing to ensure your own driver safety and of course the smooth-running of your car but it's up to you to accept this work or decline it. My full service & MOT were booked for 19/10/17 ,pick up arranged between 8 &10am . A very pleasant young man arrived to collect my car around 9 , I had a call later from a polite man advising things that needed doing which were necessary , also advised on another thing which I declined I was also told how much the bill was at the same time which I agreed as I did not think it excessive compared with other garages. I paid the bill online and received a full report and invoice for the work carried out. My car was returned to me just before 5pm . I am quite happy with service I received and if I still have my 11 year old car next year will probably be back for another service.

Avoid! Booked a service and MOT. No MOT done company denied that it had been booked. Given a huge long list of jobs that were advised. When car returned the service light was still on told they could not reset. After a "technician" had been out to try to reset and failed i googled reset service light, found a video, followed instructions and reset it no problem. So why couldn't they? Emailed a complaint and got standard response that did not answer my questions. Strongly recommend this company is avoided as they are incompetent - they could not reset a simple light, how can i have confidence the work they did was required and done properly? At subsequent MOT advised back brakes would need attention whereas service stop garage wanted me to have front brakes done with no mention of the back brakes!

DO NOT USE! They quoted rocket high repair prices, £75+VAT for pollen filter, £90+VAT for fuel filter, over £800+VAT for all four break discs and pads! When I disagreed to go ahead, they refused to deliver the car back and reset the service light. I PAID for a full service, so if they have done what they are paid for, they should reset it!They said as I refused to change the break discs & pads etc, the car is dangerous to drive, so they won't deliver it back and reset the light. However, they picked up and drove it away without even checking if it was safe?! In the end got the rear break disc and pads done somewhere else for £350 all inclusive. Front ones were advisory but not necessary. So if you want to stay away from disgracefully dishonest service, STAY AWAY!

Collection and delivery was very good mot and service at a reasonable price , found the method of payment a bit of a hassle , would have been far easier to have paid by card over phone on completion , luckily I had a card reader but took a while for payment to be confirmed.

Car service was booked for a 8 to 10 am pick up never turned up phoned them at 11 am told me to phone them back as they couldn't get garage .I phoned back at 12am again they couldn't get garage put on hold for 7 mins then told they would phone me back lol it's now 21.30 and I take it no service eh again lost a day's work but I see im not alone in that situation . Total liberty never mind hopefully people see this review P.Bell
