“Car service was booked for a 8 to 10 am pick up never turned up phoned them at 11 am told me to phone them back as they couldn't get garage .I phoned back at 12am again they couldn't get garage put on hold for 7 mins then told they would phone me back lol it's now 21.30 and I take it no service eh again lost a day's work but I see im not alone in that situation . Total liberty never mind hopefully people see this review P.Bell”

Good morning Paul, I'm really sorry to hear that there was a last-minute cancellation with your booking, I am now investigating why this happened and our Network Compliance team will be reprimanding the garage as necessary. “Never ever book with this company. They rip you off. Agreed service for £99. During service, they phoned and tried to add more works on the car. Agreed to do engine flush for £29 including VAT. But bill came for £174. When asked, the answer is "you got to pay now, You got another 4 minutes to pay, it's still cheaper than Halfords". Very disappointed. Also how stupid is it asking to rate the garage even before you get the car back. You can't pay before you rate the service. Never ever....”

“They wanted to replace my 2 WORKING Xenons for £90 each and when I refused they failed the MOT. Terrible service, frauds, con artists. Avoid. Use a local garage.”

“I would say happy with the servicing stop but not happy with the work done by the garrage people. They didn't even wipe the excess grease and not happy with the overall service. Servicing stop need to have a word with the garrage probably. Otherwise vehicle collection and returning were all perfect”
