“An excellent service for a good price. My car was collected from my door and returned after MOT and service, cleaned and polished. I was kept informed of progress throughout, supplied with all the relevant paperwork and the service book was signed. Pleasant staff and an easy way to get the job done. I will use thiservice again.”

“Terrible... I had loads of emails saying that someone would call me to arrange the meeting etc... No call at all... Just has 2 guys showing up at the given address (work address) asking for "the keys for the seat" without knowing who the owner was... Been told that the car would be delivered around 2pm . After paying the invoice phoned them asking how long would it take for them to bring the car back and been told that someone would call me back with the proper information, once again no call... And then when it finnaly got delivered I haven't been warned at all the keys were just randomly delivered in my work place, didn't had any opportunity to ask any questions to the people who delivered it ...”

“Firstly the garage who carried out the service were excellent. The problem I have with Servicing Stop. The sales person rang me after 3 hours to say that my car needed new tyres to pass the MOT. That's fine, but when the sales person quoted £480 for 2 rear tyres, I initially felt that was expensive. I was also asked if wanted the brake fluid changing, at a cost of £72. This too felt expensive. Finally I was asked if I wanted an engine flush. My car has only done 21k miles and usually and therefore I declined. I quickly sourced the tyres and brake fluid change (which didn't need doing for another 3,800 miles) according to the computer, for £380 in total saving me £150. The tyres I choose were even a higher spec than the ones offered by Servicing Stop. In future I will use the same garage, who were excellent, but I'm afraid not Servicing Stop.”

Any additional work recommended to you is based purely on garage findings and manufacturer guidelines - we only let you know about the work that is necessary but it's completely up to you whether you carry out the work or decline it. “Firstly the guy was an hour hour late collecting my car. I was sent an invoice, which I paid. I was then called and was told there had been additional work and my car wouldn't be released until this was paid. I was then sent an invoice for both amounts, including the amount I had already paid. It took another hour on the phone to sort this out and I still haven't got my car back. I was charged two surcharges for using my debit card. If I could leave less than one star I would. Avoid this company. I certainly won't be using them again!”

“I was contacted by Them regrading change 3 tires on my fiat panda £71 each plus more staff like £ 250 £ £ 350 crazy price I contacted the garage he told that was n way he would charge this money he blamed them to add more then 40% on normal bill, what are you training to do ? I didn't allowed those jobs(thanks god!) at the end i had paid to them for oil change £159 !! On fiat panda , really!!! The day after I brought my wife car the local garage i was charged only £196 for all job, do not take car to them please there are blood sucker as long mot pass is great but if a car need attention you will see!!!”

Good morning Giovanni, It's a shame to hear you thought our prices were above average and in isolation £250 is a large sum however this figure was quoted to you after recommending a substantial amount of work for your vehicle - your spark plugs needed to be refitted and renewed as did your front brake pads, your left windscreen wiper blade had no rubber left on the strip meaning it needed replacing, your lower assembly ball joint had a large amount of play, your auxiliary drive belt was perished and cracked, your bulb offside repeater was not working, an engine flush was required and your brake fluid had not been drained and renewed as per manufacturer guidelines of every two years - this was as well as your near side front, near side rear and front tyre being worn and in need of replacing. While a great deal of work was suggested to you; rather competitively priced in the £250 figure, we let you know that this work although necessary in the near future, was completely advisory and not compulsory which is when you declined the work and paid for your full service, MOT and engine flush (rather than an oil change, your oil change was included in your service). “The car was collected on time as expected, 0830. At 1230 I received a call stating the advisories that we’re required on my car, baring in mind it passed its MOT 5 days previous and only been driven for 60 miles since. The work required were not nessesarily repairs that would be picked up on an MOT but 1 certainly was. The list was endless and I didn’t note them all as it actually became a joke between myself and the operator on the phone. I have added a picture ‘apologies for the handwriting’ as I tried to write down the itemised bill for the additional work... I am genuinely upset with the whole experience and do not recommend this company to anyone. I have returned home now to the car and checked they actually had the car serviced which to my non-mechanical eyes it has. But the car does not drive the same, i am now having to have the car completely checked by another garage, it feels unsafe and I have to drive this car everyday to commute to work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IN MY EXPERIENCE”

“A complete eye wash, someone picks your car not sure who it is ! and its serviced by some other garage and they name it as servicing stop garage, this garage which is idle and where customers dont go the service is done there. The full service is useless, and after the car is picked you will get a call with additional £300 worth of work and parts. If you dont wish to do it then they just send a link insisting that we pay the full service fees and only then car will be released. they send you message and to call and even if you try 100 times they wont pick. Please dont even try it ! You have no idea whats been done to you car ? Who has done what or what not ! Stay Away !”
