Where do I start?! So used this company to do my MOT same company I used last year. Middle man picks the car up from my house and after done they drop If off. Got the phone call when they had the car that it failed it's MOT and it will cost £800-850 for all the repairs on 4-5 different jobs in total. I said straight away that's far too much and declined so they drove my car back to my house and that was that. 1 hour later I received a phone call from one of the guys who picked up my car to take to the garage saying how this company are ripping me off and he'll do all the work which they said for just £350. He said we need to keep it off the books and don't let anyone know. I thought this sounded very dodgy but I did say I'll give him a call back once had a think about it. I decided to take it to a friends recommendation to get a quote just to get another opinion. Today I got the phone call saying it doesn't need much doing apart from a new tyre and one other little job so the very most it will cost is around £150. At this point It was clear this company I used originally well and truly tried to rip me off. This middle guy as well sounded dodgy as hell and he should also be exposed for being part of a scam. It makes me think how many people have been ripped off by this company or anyone else involved working for them.

The garage I used was excellent in every way, Courtesy, communications, price etc. I will use them again. Obviously I cannot comment on any other garages.

Charged way to much my handbrake was supposed to be fixed my vehicle rolled and hit another vehicle last night on returning I had another family car had been hit. I have complained and nothing is being done heard nothing from customer service. The outcome could have been very serious also car is on my drive still as I don't want to chance driving in it with my kids. Absolutely shocking will never use this company again. Fact

Avoid using them it will be a hit and miss using them, we questioned the service we paid for and complained, they claimed to specialise in BMW, my car was returned with lots of dash lights flashing including service, claimed to change air filter we removed an old one, despite further evidence from a BMW diagnostic report, servicestop offered a resolution we agreed to further exacerbate they still ignored our emails to agree to their terms, so we got full refund via bank after showing compelling evidence. These people have no duty of care or due diligence so don't lose 5 months of despair and find a good garage yourself.

The garage used- Westwood MOT tyre and servicing centre in Thanet, were very professional and collected and returned the vehicle in the agreed time period. I was less impressed with the representative from Servicing Stop who made contact with me. He came across on the phone to be quite pushy, where he was clearly trying to get me to a pay a refundable deposit for the following years service. I had to sign up and pay for it at the time and when I stated that I didn't want to commit at that time, he in essence put the phone down on me and sent through the servicing invoice via email. His attitude conveyed via phone changed and was unprofessional.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever seen. I Scheduled to get my MOT done and they told me they would come by my address to pick up my car. After that they sent an email saying that the date and hour scheduled were not available any more. The next date available was my only choice. By the time of their service they didn't respect the time scheduled when they tried to call one and a half hours before. Once I said it was necessary to be made at 10 o'clock and there was a person responsible to give them my car key they didn't call the mobile number that I gave them. They didn't show up or intercom as they said they did.(I have the print screen of the calls made at that time). But that was not everything! This got even worse when I called them and them said I was the one that was lying! This is all I can say about my experience with this disrespectful company: Stay away from them!!

Good morning Renan, Your allocated garage came to collect your vehicle yesterday morning but were unable to get through to you, they did try to call you at the time. When they were outside your house to collect the car they did ring us to inform us that there was no answer at your home address - as mentioned, the garage did turn up before your chosen time of 10am but this is because of our two-hour collection slot of 8am to 10am.
