“I arranged to have suitcase sent to daughter in Liverpool. The tracking was excellent and suitcase was delivered however the case arrived without wheels and had sustained alot of damage. Was very disappointed with the level of service. Photographs are available as evidence taken on Tuesday 20 September 2022. My daughter has a physical disability in her left arm and the damage meant she could not transport the case from pick-up point since she wasn't able to wheel it. This left her feeling very stressed and upset.”

“Having moved countries multiple times, this is the first time I've stayed in one place for so long, accumulated so much stuff, and then decided to move again overseas. This was probably cheaper if not just under the same amount of $$ for me to do it through DHL, but it was so, so much more easier, and arrived a day or 2 earlier than expected. If you're stressed about moving and don't want to deal with the hassle of packing and shipping your stuff with a commercial place like DHL or USPS, etc., then use sendmybag. Customer service was also fantastic and extremely reassuring.”
