Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can see your shipment was recorded as exceeding the size allowance purchased and an additional fee applied. A member of our team reached out to you on 5th Jan explaining how to dispute the charge but we did not hear back. I can see the team have reached out again this week explaining how you can dispute the charge.

“Everything that needed to be done in preparation was communicated beforehand. The bags being sent were picked up here (Sale, Manchester)on the Friday and delivered to our family in Lutz, Florida by the Monday. Thank you. We would not hesitate to use it again and have publicised the excellent service with family and friends.”
