“Having used them previously & found them very good I tried to book a small package recently and it didn't go well. Initially inputting the addresses was tedious as there wasn't any way to input an eircode and when logging into my account it kept freezing after pressing submit button, I contacted customer care who informed me they had alot of callers with same problem and to try using a different browser. I subsequently used parcel2go & got sorted within mins at a cheaper rate.”

“The pick up was amazing and delivered in 24 hours. While I understand it can take 48 hour. My bag was collected just before lunchtime on Thursday and I didn’t get it until just before lunchtime on the following Monday. I know weekends don’t count, but it felt like forever to get it returned. Hence 5 stars for 1st collection and 4 stars for returning the bag. Also my case was incredibly dusty/grubby on return.”

“Brilliant service. My suitcase was collected on Tuesday at about mid-day in Cornwall and delivered on Thursday afternoon to Suffolk. I travelled by train with no luggage to worry about. Sich a good idea and reasonable price too.”
