“Excellent service; price was good, bags arrived on time, the only problem was attaching the shipping information. The information providedafter booking should explain more clearly how important is the plastic bag for the UPC and bag content. In the end, I made one.”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. I can see your shipment was recorded as exceeding the size allowance purchased and an additional fee applied. A member of our team reached out to you on 5th Jan explaining how to dispute the charge but we did not hear back. I can see the team have reached out again this week explaining how you can dispute the charge.
