“Another great delivery through SMB. We've used SMB for the past two years, have never had a problem, and the speed of the delivery from the States to The Netherlands is mind-boggling. Can't even dream of ever using another service. AND, their customer service is top-notch! Always available, courteous, and provide quick and accurate information as needed. Highly recommend SMB!”

“While the service itself was good, the costumer service isn't. After the bag was delivered I had two (?) employees of the company asking for more money and after stating that my transfer didn't arrive and the bank account didn't even belong to them. I never understood why they did this last part, but I didn't accept to send more money (another transfer), and they ended up apologizing stating they found my initial transfer's money.”

“I searched online for an easy way to send an extra suitcase to Australia after visiting the UK recently. I had to arrange things very quickly, and found this company. I did need some help with the completion of the online forms, and you will need access to a printer. I telephoned the company with a question. The call was answered quickly and assisted me to understand the process (I'm over 70 and not as tech savvy). Collection and delivery of my suitcase from the UK to Western Australia was extremely efficient and easy, and was very quick considering it was sent over the Christmas/New Year period. I really appreciated the door to door service, as had to leave my bag with relatives for pick up. If you need a quick, no fuss, door to door service, this one is excellent. Highly recommended.”

“We had not heard of Send My Bag before but when I compare shipping prices with other services that I had heard of, Send My Bag was extremely reasonable. We shipped our bags from Hutto, Texas to Paris, France. We had anxiety since we'd not shipped our luggage ahead before when we traveled, but Send My Bag was efficient and professional and our bags arrived exactly on schedule!”

“Delivery was good, ease of dealing with customer service was great, but our lovely new suitcase was effectively destroyed in transit. SMB did offer partial restitution but not enough to cover the replacement bag. We travel quite a bit for work and have never had a bag damaged so severely! Go ahead and use them but don't trust that your hard-side suitcase will survive intact!”
