The Send My Bag experience was okay, but the DHL courier damaged items inside the bag (customs inspection?) so the net experience was damaged goods delivered after paying a lot of money.

Delivery was good, ease of dealing with customer service was great, but our lovely new suitcase was effectively destroyed in transit. SMB did offer partial restitution but not enough to cover the replacement bag. We travel quite a bit for work and have never had a bag damaged so severely! Go ahead and use them but don't trust that your hard-side suitcase will survive intact!

If sending a large duffel bag, overestimate the dimensions or you will pay extra charges after it’s delivered. My issue was my contents shifted during shipping and I was charged 30% more then the original estimate, during the scans at the shipper.

Fast, reliable, convenient, easy. Guys you're great. It would be great also to be told a time range for the delivery and perhaps if the driver would give a call. My parcel was left outside and I didn't know about it.

As I recall, I had difficulty with the suitcases location and they arrived at the destination late. I recall that the staff at Send My Bag were cooperative and helpful. Good

Appeared straightforward at first. Followed all the guidelines provided by the company. Huge issues with delivery and extra fees being demanded once the bag was picked despite being checked on pickup

Solved collection issues quickly. It would have been nice to have received the luggage tags and labels before I went, not 4 weeks after I returned.

Send My Bag was incredibly easy and efficient for sending my suitcase home to the States. I had been living and working abroad for a year and had a backpacking trip planned after my contract ended. The only downside is that there is not a specific pick up time (in France anyway). Luckily my employer was understanding and flexible with my schedule.
