“Really great service. Pickup and delivery all went smoothly and I especially appreciated that I could track my bag. Just a note that if you're traveling, there's a page you need to print out and affix to your luggage. (They'll mail you pouches for them but they cost extra in postage and take time to arrive. Thankfully we were at home so it wasn't a problem.) Very happy with the service & would definitely use it again.”
