“I have used Send my Bag before with no issues. This time the labels sent for 2 bags had the same weight on them which was the lesser weight of the 2 bags. I didn't notice this until they were printed by a local shop. I assumed this would be ok as the info was good on the site. Also when packing our bags there was a note that knives needed to be covered. I had kitchen knives in the bag and camp knives when I received further instruction it said no knives or gels. So we now had to repack the bags. We took out all knives that were in the bags and a large First Aid kit because there were small packs of gel like substance. This now made the heaviest bag that was paid for (55 lbs) way less then the paid for weight. Once the bags were picked up during shipping I received a message that we owed more money because of weight. I believe this is a grave error on the part of the company and was very upset when I received this email. I of course paid it because I needed my bag to beship ped as I was leaving the location from where it was shipped. I am not sure why there are 2 sets of instructions for packing and am ticked off due to the fact that there was a change after we had thoughtfully packed our bags. We are traveling and now our bags we travel with are heavier then needed due to this change.”
