“I was very pleased with my Send My Bag experience. Packing up nearly a year's worth of clothing, papers, books, etc from studying abroad was a daunting experience. I had several questions along the way, and the customer representatives were responsive, pleasant and helpful. It would have been easier if certain products (cosmetic supplies) or art work could have been included. However, I needed the service quickly and Send My Bag was able to accommodate, and got all my packed bags (4) to my home very quickly and with no problems. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again when needed.”

“Easy to follow instructions on how to pack and label my items. Prompt and friendly collection. Arrived exactly when they were predicted to do so before booking. I used strong double-walled cardboard boxes and put a large plastic sack inside to ensure nothing would escape, but the boxes still ended up with small holes in several places, so definitely heed the warnings provided about the quality of packaging required for the journey.”
