“The paperwork is plentiful but instructions are clear, there’s lots of do’s and don’ts but that was because of the strict regulations in Australia. That said we were kept well informed of its journey and it arrived a few days after we did. I’d recommend, it’s a lot cheaper than taking an extra case to the airport.”

“I used it twice, twice something was wrong. The first time, they didn't come to collect my parcel because it was in a "remote" area, which I paid an excess for this. So I had to drop it myself in Melbourne (which is not such a remote area), but they wouldn't give me any refound for the excess I paid or anything. What's the point of paying a delivery if I actually do it myself? The second time, two weeks after I received my parcel they send me a mail to pay more because my bag finally didn't have the dimensions I mentioned, and when they send the dimensions to you, they send the exact same dimensions, just not in the same order... They would put the height instead of the width and so on, which indeed change the dimensions and the price of my parcel, even tho I did measure it while following their videos So yeah, your bag will arrive, just be prepare to pay even more than the crazy expensive price you already paid for it.”

“Had a follow up issue receiving invoices from FedEx whom I never engaged with ! They hounded me for £15 plus change despite your support team saying to ignore these I then received a note from you saying this was due ? Do I paid it then FedEx apologised avc wait it should have been yourselves , but by this time I had already paid the invoice ! Still very confused”
